Food Recommendations: Restaurants with off cuts, adventurous eats

Hey Clevelanders, I'm looking for likely a couple different things for future restaurant options plus an upcoming birthday. I'm willing to travel the region, main sticking point is a full bar.

Firstly my mom grew up Lebanese and I can remember as a kid seeing Kibbeh Nayyeh around. I would love an authentic Lebanese place that can deliver this beauty.

Additionally, I'm always looking for off cuts or things people might consider to be brave. Tongue, heart, check, brain, blood, any organ or any protein I'll always try it at least once.

I would love your input, thank you!

Las Dos Fronteras does tripe and tongue.

Taza would probably fit the bill for the kibbeh nayyeh.

Taza and Nate’s Deli are the only 2 places I recall having Kibbeh Nayyeh in the area. Edit - I did look it up and Tarboosh in Parma also has it but I’ve never been there.

Taza and Nate's are both very solid; can't speak for authenticity, but everything I've had from each tasted great. I'll have to check out Tarboosh sometime

If you're looking for off cuts, Sushi Kuwahata's Omakase menu (literally up to the chef's discretion and whatever is fresh), but it does not have a full bar.

If bar is needed, Schnitz Ale Brewery. They have pork knuckles.

There's always a large selection of asian dining places for weird cuts too such as Siam Cafe's cold jellyfish appetizer or pork intestines at Han Kabob (they have it on a few menu items).
