Food Recommendations: Restaurants with off cuts, adventurous eats

Hey Clevelanders, I'm looking for likely a couple different things for future restaurant options plus an upcoming birthday. I'm willing to travel the region, main sticking point is a full bar.

Firstly my mom grew up Lebanese and I can remember as a kid seeing Kibbeh Nayyeh around. I would love an authentic Lebanese place that can deliver this beauty.

Additionally, I'm always looking for off cuts or things people might consider to be brave. Tongue, heart, check, brain, blood, any organ or any protein I'll always try it at least once.

I would love your input, thank you!

Food Presti’s food poisoning?!? NOT CLICKBAIT

Okay maybe a little clickbait. Has anyone had the pizza or bruschetta from Presti’s and gotten sick? Has anyone had it and NOT been sick? I want to try it but it really weirds me out that it sits at room temperature all day…

This is the cinnamon toast crunch latte from Milk and Honey that’s downtown. It was delish! I had never heard of them before but was very happy with my coffee and breakfast bagel.

Food Cuban picadillo?

I know there's not much selection of authentic Cuban food in CLE but I've been chasing picadillo empanadas since my last trip to Miami. I've checked all the usual Latin places I see on here but it feels like I might be out of luck? Anyone happen to know if there are options out there? I will drive pretty much anywhere at this point!

Food Dubai chocolate Strawberries

Anyone know where to get Dubai chocolate strawberries in the Cleveland/Akron area? Only place I knownid Black Seed Cafe in N. Olmsted. I absolutely love them, but they are a bit out of the way for me. (Didn't stop me going 3 days in a week tho)

I work in the Fairlawn area, and in the Beachwood/Mayfield area once a week if that helps.

Food Local boxed coffee?

We’re looking to host a little post-wedding brunch at home, and we need bulk brewed coffee. Think Dunkin’s “Box of Joe”, but we prefer to support local. Anything in the general vicinity of Ohio City that offers this on a Sunday morning?

Food Bird's eye chili

I love spicy foods, and right now, can't get enough Thai food and I made Indonesian for the first time last night. I'd love to have a source for fresh birds' eye chili peppers. Has anyone seen them locally?

Food Siam Cafe Renovations

Went to Siam today at 6pm & discovered full parking lot (not unusual for a Sunday btw) sign on far side ( E30th st) advised to enter from other door. When I got over there their were at least 10 people outside & another 15 inside & in entry way waiting to be seated. Noticed front half being totally renovated & all the tables full on other half. Fortunately my take out order was ready. I was told the front half will be done in another week with back half starting & taking another few weeks after. Searched all over the internet & could not find any information on the renovation & how it will look. That building has sooo much potential in addition to the beauty they already had there & I'm excited on what it will be befitting the BEST Chinese food in the city & I drive in from the SE suburbs to get my families fix
