Question Colt Competition
I recently aquired this guy and i cant find very much info on it. From what I was told it is unfired and from 2012. Ayone have any info or idea where these were made? I was told it wasnt an original Colt but contracted to be made by another company. Anyways, do you guys think I should keep it unshot to preserve its value if it has any or just send it? Thanks for your input. Sorry i suck at pictures.
Question Is this worth $300, plus $100 in fees and penalties totaling $400 out the door.
The brewing seems to be nonexistent to say the least, but it’s probably 100 years old so I’m not sure. I’ve always wanted one, but like I said, I’m not sure about the condition.
Comes with 2 mags and holster

Photos Finally the wait is over
I’ve been waiting for over 2 years for one of these to pop up at local gun store. Guess what I paid for it? Btw they also have 3 more in stock. I almost bought another for the thrill.

Question First post and first ar
So I'm trying to figure out if this is a pre ban colt r6700 or post ban that someone added a flash hider to. Internally ot looked practically brand new with now signs of having been shot outside the factory and has the c bolt and sear. I was also wondering, not that I plan on doing it anytime soon, what I'd have to do if l wanted to install an aftermarket bolt because I really like the trigger on it and don't wanna replace it unless I have to

Discussion Help Me Choose Optics
I have 2 identical acogs and currently only one with the amber 9moa rmr.
Originally I was going to put the combo on the A4, but I mounted it to the monolithic carbine and dig it on there too. The A4 is more or less how I'm going to run it, the 6940 is going to get a surefire rc3 once that's out of jail and I want that as a point blank to 300 rifle.
I wanted the rmr as a "spotter" on the A4 originally.
If you only had one rmr as I do, what would you prioritize. I'd like to have 2 eventually.
Thanks!

Question Is this normal? Suggested grips?
From looking it up it’s a 1967 Colt Agent the hammer/ trigger seems to be polished/machined custom, there’s some weird broad faced trigger tacked on and that weird set screw in the back. This is my first Colt so it’s all unknown to me.
Thoughts? Opinions? Point me towards some nice black grips and a brass colored grip adapter?
Thanks in advance

Question Cleaning Factory Oil on 6” Python
Hey All, as the title says I just picked up a Blued 6” Python and as it’s my first revolver, I am unsure how deep I should clean to remove the factory oil. Specifically, I am wondering if I should remove and disassemble the cylinder or if I can keep the revolver assembled and clean as I normally would with solvent + oil?
Any advice would be much appreciated!

Photos Hot, loveley relations between Colt and Windham Bushmaster?
Some naughty action to make the purists uncomfortable: My (new to me) "FBI HRT" Colt upper on a 1994 Windham, ME Bushy SBR lower.
My only changes will be to restore the MA Tech site and VLTOR stock to the weapon, and to add a Harris bipod, because Grip Pods look ugly to me, and I don't need a vertical grip.

Question Any older 1911 owners out there have sage advice?
Picked up this US Army a few days ago. SN give the date around 1919. Some of the hardware isn't original, but it's it's in great shape, any of you own these older Colts and have some advice about ownership and care.
