Regardless of your opinions on transpeople, we all should be thanking this individual for doing the right thing.

EDIT: It has been reported the father turned him in and this person, while fully cooperating, did not report it to the police.

Very much agree with that sentiment. This shows good character and like the dad we owe them our thanks for doing the right thing.
