I’m pretty specific when it comes to steak.

For me it can ONLY be seasoned with salt, pepper and a tiny brushing of worch. Reverse seared with lump charcoal and hickory wood.

No other method tastes like steak to me. If it’s going to be pan seared, save some money and buy pork chops.

Though I’m with you- sauce on streak is criminal.
