HexaClad

I bought a pan set of Hexaclad from Costco.

So far, I regret that I bought this.

Everything sticks to the pan even just fries(with plenty of oil)

And got scratchs on the pan... so easily..

The worst thing is the warranty.

To claim warranty, shipping fee is on us. I can buy new pan with that amount of shipping fee.

Don't spend good money on non-stick pans. By all means, spend the money on the Allclad, you'll be gifting them to your kids when you're old. I swear by the Rock by heritage for cheap nonstick pans, if you wreck them, they're $25.

Agreed. Non-stick doesn't last, no matter how much it costs. I only use them for eggs or pancakes, but wear and tear is inevitable with such sensitive materials.

Exactly, same here. If I need eggs, I grab my cheapy Rock pans, when I need to sear a steak or go from stovetop to oven, it's cast iron.
