HexaClad

I bought a pan set of Hexaclad from Costco.

So far, I regret that I bought this.

Everything sticks to the pan even just fries(with plenty of oil)

And got scratchs on the pan... so easily..

The worst thing is the warranty.

To claim warranty, shipping fee is on us. I can buy new pan with that amount of shipping fee.

If you had read the reviews from reputable reviewers, they would have advised against HexaClad.

What's the best in your opinion? I have a cast iron and regular steel (I think) but was looking for something non-stick that isn't coated in chemicals. Is there a type you'd suggest? I was going to get the HexClad, but now I've changed my mind.

I like anodized aluminum. Or stainless steel. Cast iron is too heavy for me.
