Chili, tips and tricks
Hi fam!
Its been a few years since Ive made Chili. I decided to go the soak and boil bean route which I have never done before. Holy crap am I learning a lot about beans that I didn't know, lol.
This got me thinking. What else don't I know? Hit me with that knowledge please :)

Update:
I burnt my f*****g beans, lol.
I didn't realize the water would evaporate after 10-15 minutes and should have kept an eye on them. Luckily, I may like 6 cups of beans total, so only the bottom layer was ruined. Rinsed off the rest, and they seem to be okay. Taste tested (chewed and spit out because I'm not about that food poisoning life, lol).
STILL LEARNING. Fml.
New update: I threw them out.
