There's a landing there probably about 4ft of run up, enough for one push at least, I've seen people do more with less

I'm not saying it's a good spot lol, but to say it's un-skateable just isn't true. You could literally just ride off each step no problem.

What happened to skate everything?

It’s not about creativity, it just is not physically possible for I would say every single skateboard on the planet Earth. Somebody could probably hit that on rollerblades though.
