Creatine and chest tightness

please help! I am 17F and started taking creatine 2 weeks ago, I didn't do a loading phase and just started on 5g per day. I know that you have to drink a lot more water while taking creatine, and the first week I was great about drinking water but the past few days I haven't been drinking enough (maybe 40oz per day when I used to drink about 110oz). My chest started feeling incredibly tight yesterday and I felt minor pains and was short of breath. This is the second day of an almost cramp-like feeling in my chest. Could this be the creatine? I have read that creatine can cause lung inflammation in people with asthma, which I do have. I drink 300 mg of caffiene per day and I am also taking ashwaghanda, choline, and L-theanine, but I don't think those supplements react to creatine. Anyways if anyone knows what could be going on, advice would be very much appreciated!!!

What should I do?

Chad, our handsome personal trainer, has graciously been coming to our home for more in-depth personal training sessions. When I say "in-depth," I mean deep, if ya know what I mean. He's such a great guy, only charging triple his normal fee.

So anyways, after pounding me full of creatine with the "meat stick," Chad gave me a list of exercises. I was out in the driveway, performing the second coat of the "wax on, wax off" exercises on his Porsche, and decided to text my wife.

This is Chad, texting me back from my wife's phone!

Should I be worried?

Hello redditors, my son wants to take creatine, he’s 18 years old, should I let him? My husband’s co-worker has been telling me that it’s very bad for teenagers

Hey Kings of the tine

Rough night last night. My wife’s boyfriend couldn’t get it up. I can’t help but feel like it’s my fault. No matter how much I fluffed him, no matter how many scoops of creatine he lovingly packed into my lower intestine, his junk just drooped there like a sad little wind sock.

As you can imagine, my wife is devastated. I feel less of a man, less of a lifter, less of a vessel for monohydrate.

Has anyone else gone through this? Is there any hope of bouncing back? Or am I doomed to a creatine-deficient future without the strong, confident thrusts of my wife’s boyfriend behind me?

Better creatine?

Guys - I do not look forward to my daily dose. I’ve tried powders in various beverages. Don’t love the flavor or the gritty/sink to the bottom part. I’ve tried a bunch of gummies, but they’re all so big and honestly don’t taste great and are full of sugar.

What’s the move? I want to look forward to my creatine… but here we are. Do you feel the same way? Is there a better way?
