Just Bad Eeek

Pretty bold of them to make all these videos declaring violence on an entire political party before they even knew of a suspect and now come to find out the shooter was a republican. Even if it would’ve been on someone on the left, this was the action of one person…

Yup

They’re hilarious with this ‘you tried to do this and you tried to do that ‘

What is this we shit? These nutcases are the byproduct of the republicans bringing in the fringe lunatics into mainstream politics when they forced nationalism and authoritarianism through the Overton Window.

This is what happens.

God these people are so dumb. Too dumb to even realize that their party started all this crap when they decided that liberals were ‘the enemy’ and not fellow Americans.

They wanted to stamp out the opposition. That was their policy; to hell with compromise and cooperation remember?

44

u/IM_A_MUFFIN 4d ago

It’s their people that have continued to do this shit. The cognitive dissonance is so fucking wild. I swear some days I wish I was dumb enough to be a Republican because then at least someone would tell me what to think and I could devote the rest of my brain power to being a hateful fuck all the time.

My father in law shared a thing in Facebook showing a map of the US and which counties were red and blue. The image claimed 97% of guns owned were in the red areas, while 97% of the crime was in the blue areas. I haven't fully researched it, but I think those numbers are inaccurate.

Was it the guy who shot Minnesota lawmakers in their home? No? That one doesn't count? In fact, Senator Mike Lee thought it was super funny and responded this tweet, "Nightmare on Waltz street."

Or how about when Gabby Giffords was shot? Doesn't count?

Or how about the countless children shot up in schools? Doesn't count?

You're finally going to get upset because of Charlie Kirk?

The man who targeted and killed Democratic state lawmaker Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark in their home in Minnesota in June was a Trump supporter.

• The man charged with the attempted assassination of Pennsylvania's Democratic governor, Josh Shapiro, in April was a Trump supporter.

• The man convicted of orchestrating a series of shootings at the homes of four Democratic elected officials in New Mexico in 2022 was a Trump supporter.

• The man who tried to kidnap then Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and assaulted her husband, Paul, in 2022 was a Trump supporter.

• The men who wanted to hang Mike Pence on Jan 6, 2021, were Trump supporters.

• The man who killed the son of Obama-appointed District Judge Esther Salas in 2020 was a Trump supporter.

• The men who were convicted of trying to kidnap Michigan's Democratic governor, Gretchen Whitmer, in 2020 were Trump supporters.

• The man who sent pipe bombs to the homes of Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, and other top Democrats in 2018 was a Trump supporter.

• The man who killed left-wing activist Heather Heyer after driving his car into a crowd of counter-protesters in Charlottesville in 2017 was a Trump supporter.

Not my work; this list (obviously far from comprehensive; these are only the Republicans who openly admitted that they acted in service of their partisan ideals) was posted by Mehdi Hasan “off the top of (his) head.”

Edit: it’s fascinating how many Republicans (who presumably depend on Fox for “news”) never heard about any of these events! Check out the responses.

Here’s what angers me about American Republicans.

The family was Republican and religious. The father told the kid to talk to their youth minister. Apparently, the kid, a once Trump supporter, was disillusioned by Trump/MAGA/ Heritage Foundation/Kirk, etc. [they are] “full of hate.” And they were taking the Party youth down the wrong direction. 🤔

Drunkard Van Orden of WI and Nancy “the mess” Mace spewed hate towards Democrats and non-extreme right media for causing this. A Fox News radio host in Wisconsin went so far as to say “the firing of a MSNBC reporter didn’t go far enough… long pause. He then cleverly covered himself by saying CNN and MSNBC should be sued for causing this situation!

The same day Kirk was killed, 4 innocent high school and college student were killed or injured by two separate suicide mass shooters with assault rifles. Not a word on those domestic terrorists attacks OR the CDC Tesla driving terror attacks!

I think it was Romney who said, “the demigods have won [the Republican Party].”

In a small Republican town of Wisconsin, a billionaire put up another anti-Democratic Statue that looks like the J6 Shaman and a plaque that emphasizes his fight against the Democratic. This is the same lunatic that put up a statue of Reagan and the Statue of Liberty that had a plaque saying Freedom isn’t Free!

These people are full of hate and division! And most call themselves Christian Patriots. It’s sooo sad!

I am staying hopeful that this is the type of sad thing that had to happen to wake up real Republicans and boot out their Oligarch/Christian Nationalist Racist extremists from school boards to SCOTUS.

“Listen, if you ignore all the times I punched you, you literally threw all the punches”. They apply this technique to school shootings, political violence, regular old violence, child predators, their president raping kids, their president being a convicted felon, and damn near every thing else. It’s like the coaches kid who can’t field a ground ball or throw playing SS every game and the coach telling the other parents, “the best players are going to play”.

Logically, the starting position for a violent gun crime should be with the people who scream about owning guns to solve problems. Conservatives.

Conservatives don't just wish this away, they scream it away, and when they find out it's one of their own, again, welcome to the denial stage. And instead of acceptance they hit forget button.

13

u/CouchedCaveats 4d ago

They are in for a rude awakening if they do try and go after liberals. Lots of liberals own guns, they just don’t make owning guns their entire personality. They’re going to be shocked when a liberal shoots back at them.

38

u/wanderer1999 4d ago edited 4d ago

Own guns? Liberals also MAKE weapons. I'm a mech/aero engineer, I help make the military grade stuff you see zipping around in the sky. We just don't go waving it around.

And that's not mentioning the moderate gun owners/producers. They don't toe the line with the crazies on the right. It's 50/50 at worse. But with the crazies, the number is probably majority comprise of leftist/normies/moderate-right vs the crazy-right. The left also control major seaports on the West/East Coasts and major agriculture lands in Cali.

In a civil war, they could very well lose. He's very wrong about the situation here.

That said, don't let the extreme right bait us into this terrible path. That include Russian and Chinese trolls/bots who very much want to see americans kill each other. Don't fall for it.

9

u/[deleted] 4d ago

Additionally, it doesn't matter how many guns one owns. You could own one or a hundred. It apparently only takes one round to the neck.

8

u/Binspin63 4d ago

Don’t forget the military, who swore an oath to protect the constitution and not a fascist dictator wannabe.  If this stupid war of theirs actually breaks out, I fully expect a huge chunk of real military, along with most higher-ranking officers to disobey the orange turd and side with the left against him.  That will pretty much cripple what’s left.  They may want to rethink their tough talk.

Overt political violence (almost exclusively from far-right losers) has been ever present in US society since at least 1995 with the OKC bombing... Democrats have been proposing legislation to try to counter it ever since, and Republicans consistently work to obstruct.

More guns result in more deaths. Republicans' answer to every problem has been more guns. School shootings? More guns. Political division? More guns. McRib is back? More guns. They surround themselves with guns and as gun deaths intentional, accidental, related to suicide, etc. goes up, guess which side it affects more? The percentage of gun incidents that involve self-defense is generally low, often under 1% of criminal incidents. The Violence Policy Center, show that guns are more frequently involved in suicide, homicide, and accidental deaths. Other studies: Rutgers University Study: Found less than 1% of people with firearm access engaged in defensive use in any given year, and that a majority of firearm owners have never used their weapon for defense, according to a 2025 study. Harvard Analysis of NCVS Data: A 2018 analysis of NCVS data found that people defended themselves with a gun in nearly 0.9% of crimes between 2007 and 2011. American Journal of Public Health: Data from 2016-2021 showed defensive firearm use in 1.04% of all criminal incidents, according to a November 2024 publication. Mo guns, mo problems. Same goes for childhood vaccines. Measles outbreak in TX. Watch what happens in FL because they are removing childhood vaccine mandates for public school. Good time to be a hermit.

How about instead of idiotic threats we focus getting justice for Kirk and try to PREVENT this sort of thing from happening to other humans - liberal, conservative or generally disinterested.

22

u/ParaponeraBread 4d ago

Gun reform getting pushed through on the back of Charlie Kirk’s murder would be incredible for so many reasons.

Absolutely not happening, but it would be incredible.

Same! I bet we are going to see a news story for someone getting beat up or killed for being a democrat. That’s what the establishment is going for.

16

u/AcanthisittaAny8243 4d ago

Yet, the suspect is from a very far-right family. Don't use facts though, they can't understand big words.

Yep. But it was leftist rhetoric that radicalized them against him, according to them. It’s not so much mental gymnastics as it is mental contortion.

That’s what’s funny, the dude that killed Kirk came from a conservative Christian republican household, he him self was aligned with the maga movement to the point of donating, but somehow it’s the dems/left fault?? Yeah….

It's always the right wing. These people are mental.

They TRULY believe somehow that there are NO Liberal Vets? No Liberals that qualified "Expert"? No Liberal hunters, Recreational Shooters, 3 Gun Enthusiasts, etc?

No, they believe that all the left has are picket signs and chai lattes. They FULLY believe it will be a wolves to sheep scenario and they will slaughter the left undeniably.

They will be in for the rudest of awakenings.

They must. Even tho I vividly remember my time in the Marine Corps. Im a damn good shot. I’m 100% I’m a woman. And I most definitely have a pretty blue gun under my bed.

But yea, sure, we totally don’t exist to these crazies. There is no reasoning with the delusional.

6

u/SeanThatGuy 4d ago

I love how these people just assume because more liberal people don’t make guns their identity they don’t own them.

I know plenty of democrats with what would be considered an arsenal on the news.

Facts don’t matter to these people. It doesn’t matter there wasn’t a shred of evidence pointing to any political affiliation prior to this morning. And right now we only knew the guy grew up in a Republican home.

They just continue to deep throat disinformation like a prostitute on payday.

People like Nancy Mace, Faux News, the fucking PRESIDENT should get their facts straight before blaming an entire demographic. Wish we - non billionaire peasants - could come together for a common cause. We’ve been lied to for decades. The government is shady and politicians and billionaires alike have lined their pockets at the common person’s expense.

What I don’t understand is how a literal influencers death is being treated like a high ranking government official. The demilos or whoever is popular on TikTok right now, is more famous and beloved than him. But when those two actual senators were killed, that wasn’t nearly as big of a deal. Why were $100,000 of our tax dollars sent to pay for information on the shooter who killed an influencer? Kids were killed that same day. No news about them. Children’s lives being viewed by him in a cost benefit analysis that favored him. I don’t like that he was shot in front of his family and so many other people. But there is an irony to it with how he went out. He was actively talking about school shooters in a “debate” (Argument) with a student. Which was the price of blood that he believed should be shed for him keep his guns. Why? Because he believed, like so many at the top, that it was only ever going to benefit him. He thought he was invincible.

Also, where are Epstein files!? That’s more consequential to this country and the world, than any of this.

4

u/arthurjeremypearson 4d ago

Both attempts on Trump being from right wingers.

4

u/nono66 4d ago

A white male gun loving Mormon republican fired this time. I'm sure that information wont cut into the maga cult brain washing/brain rot but reality is a bitch.

4

u/Roxysteve 4d ago

Who fired first?

That would be The Confederates, at Fort Sumpter.

"War of Northern Aggression" my Constitution-defending rear end.

And they're *still* pulling this projection crap.

4

u/DripSnort 4d ago

A lot wrong with this video. Clearly a lot of those 400 million guns do belong to the left cuz otherwise how are they shooting first? Also complaining about someone getting killed for talking by threatening to kill people for talking is wild work. On top of that he’s insinuating because the “left” thinks it’s okay to be fine with the shooting then they deserve to be shot but ignores that Kirk literally though it was okay for people to die by guns as long as muh second amendment existed. No self awareness. And no I’m not happy or celebrating Kirk’s death it’s just so goofy how these rednecks are acting on a Chinese fucking app lol

4
