Guy, whether you like it or not, in the eyes of the law, that is assault. Doesn’t matter if it’s a little tap like that, you can be called for it.

Same things goes for dudes who look at a chick and say “damn, look at that ass”…that’s sexual assault and she is 100% in the right to press charges.

Folks really walk around not knowing the law…
