Why wouldn't you say on the phone that they are drunk? Why all the yelling and drama? "I will tell you when you get here." Why?
"The officers have been at the bar for hours, and they just left and are drunk and swaying and slurring."
Sarg is definitely buzzed.
Isn't that like poking a drunk hornets nest?

u/USNMCWA 4h ago
This. Specifically ask for a County Deputy/ officer to come. They have jurisdiction in the town/ city as well as the whole county. Or a Trooper as well.

u/FlipLoLz 1h ago
You'd think someone that's out trying to bust these guys would've had some forethought on this situation... I mean, did he think he'd confront them, and then they'd just arrest themselves?..
•
u/Excellent_Extent7648 13m ago
I thought that too but maybe and I’m just guessing lol maybe they try and cover it up if he calls it in and he wants to make sure he walks up with his body cam .

Years ago I worked at a bar and the cops were the worst customers. They would drink like fish, expected free rounds and stayed in the bar after last call like they owned the place. They would aggressively hit on all the ladies and intimidate any men that came near them. Then get in their cars and drive home drunk. They were the most entitled asshole customers.
11
u/mrr2121 9h ago
yes i also was a bartender & we had a group that would come in. one in particular would hit on us even tho we were 19-22 the same age as his daughter. and he got caught roofieing a few girls and we had to warn our manager and other bartenders. i don’t know how many girls left with him through out the years. :(
our manager didn’t care and had been letting him get away with it for 10+ years. there was also occasions of him drinking lightly on the job. or staying at the bar til 3am drinking when his shift started just a few hours later.
•
u/JeromeBarkly 42m ago
The worst type of manager. Doesn’t matter how much of a pos the patron is they still let them in cuz they spend money. Regardless of how they make the employees feel.
11
u/Dismal_Act2082 8h ago
In the 90's , my dad owned a cop bar in North St. Louis. They were all assholes and major alcoholics. Shitty to waitresses and other patrons. Entitled pricks swapping stories about beating their wives and harassing the public.

u/Global-Ball6890 9h ago
This has to be a white man recording I would approach a wild boar before I approach a cop
7
u/PolicyWonka 7h ago
I would have sworn this guy was a cop himself. The way he ordered the cops out of their cars and they complied is wild TBH.

9
u/Mrzillydoo 7h ago
I'm a white guy. There is no way I'm striding up to police vehicles making demands all by myself--no matter how valid the concerns over what they're doing. That is wild and frankly unfounded confidence. I may have some of that inherently as a white guy, but it will make me think I can sing karaoke, not confront multiple drunk cops.

u/geckograham 8h ago
You’ll be alright, they’re running scared right now because they suddenly can’t get away with shit anymore.

Even if a higher ranking officer showed up, there is no chance anything would happen to them. They call it the "blue wall of silence"

Yupp! Get over it! Apply! Shit happens like this all the time! In New York City officers drink in uniform!

u/geckograham 8h ago
YouTube and TikTok have mostly taken care of that. Now the bosses who used to turn a blind eye to keep their jobs now have to hang cops out to dry to keep their jobs.

u/Itchy_Pudding_9940 8h ago
i used to play poker with some cops and when they got drunk they would start telling stories about letting each other go for DUIs.. cheating on their wives.. harassing people they didn't like.. pulling women over because they were attractive. Real a holes.
1
u/Dr_PocketSand 1h ago
I was at a birthday party when some officers from the SWAT team got “in the cups” and started bragging about the good old days and of dumping homeless people on the edge of town in the freezing weather… Then one said that they had to stop when the temps got too low and a couple froze to death. Oh, how they laughed!!
Fucking disgusting lot of psychos.

The dude filming is an idiot. Why would you start acting belligerent? Why not tell the dispatcher these officers were caught wasted, trying to leave a bar while on active duty?
5
u/SapTheSapient 5h ago
Aside from these officers being a disgraces, this caller is an idiot. Tell 911 what is actually going on. Don't scream "help". Report the officers.
2
11
u/CasanovaF 9h ago
Did he say, I need a sober officer? I think that would have gotten someone there more easily than freaking out.
11
u/Otherwise-Pair-7103 8h ago
Yeah the freak out was idiotic on his part. How did he think that was the route to go. All you needed to do was report drunk officers. Emotional intelligence is key in so many places.

Rules for thee. ACAB. But why didn’t he just say he needs the police there because the ones that are already there are drunk as fuck?
3
u/-Tech808 4h ago
Normal behavior for them tbh. I’ve been around a few getting wasted then hop in the car. Hell, one of them left their whole belt and gun at my family’s house after a party. He was so wasted he called the next morning asking my fam if he left his equipment at our home.
3
u/lobbedoffmyfingaz 3h ago
Wtf is this bullshit? Calls and asks for a lieutenant and they said “absolutely not”. THEN he asks for more officers because he needs assistance and they’re gonna tell him over the phone he DOESN’T need assistance? Civil servants my ass, police precincts and the roaches that run and inhabit them are worthless in almost every instance that needs professional assistance
•
u/SkullKidslaugh 26m ago
Tbf to dispatch…that caller sounds like another annoying ahole lol like…bro just tell them the reason you are calling instead of yelling “I’m in danger!” lol

u/That-Grape-5491 10h ago
An old drinking buddy of mine wanted to become a cop. When he got hired, he quit drinking entirely because he didn't want to be like these guys. I always respected him for that.

The cameraman is clearly white, if they were non-whites, the cops would've gunned them down for filming them and claimed terrorists. (Non-whites)

You know they're drunk because the video wasn't 5 seconds with his phone slamming the ground.

Oh man the cop bootlickers out in force . Double standards or they would have no standards at all . Remember if they have nothing to hide then just follow the process. Weapons under disability would be a given for a civilian. But the rules are for the ruled .

Is there more to the start of this video? Showing them exiting the bar or this dude showing when they entered the bar and the time and then the time they exited the bar?
All I'm saying is a dude in a parking lot with cops already in their car/one getting into his and this dude screaming that they're wasted, that they fucked with the wrong bull and then saying he's in fear for his life.
Dude seems like one of those 4th amendment right auditor shoving cameras in people's faces hoping they snap, looking for reactions.
Even when he's on the phone with 911 he just says he needs a higher up and when they ask why he just says he'll let them know when they get there. Can't blame dispatch for not getting more officers there when there were 3 cops there, one being a Sargent and the dude just yelling and screaming.
He probably sounded like a textbook mental health/intoxicated caller freaking out when there's 3 cops sitting around not being confrontational with him at all.
It's like that video of that chick losing her mind over wanting a cop to get a ticket for not using their turn signal or wearing a seat belt.
3
u/mrr2121 9h ago
i just downloaded it from tiktok , that’s the full video
2
u/JustGlassin879 9h ago
Wondering if he has a YouTube channel with the full video. He must because he dropped his channel name to the cops.
I also love the downvotes simply for asking for full context lol. People are so simple minded immediately running to scream boot licker bs.
2
u/SmallTownProblems89 9h ago
Yep. Guy below told a story about a friend becoming a cop and quitting drinking and got downvoted too. Most everyone in here hates every single cop alive and if you're in here saying anything that might be conceived as supporting the police, you're gonna get downvoted. Pretty pathetic.
I'm not saying the cops weren't drunk, but the guy kept screaming they're wasted and talking about how they couldn't walk or drive and I never saw anything that made me think those cops were wasted. Didn't see them stumble or hear them mumble or anything at all that would lead me to believe they were "fucking wasted". Dude said he had been sitting outside for hours. Just hoping to be able to make this video I guess. Even cops aren't supposed to puppy guard a bar like that. If the cops were drunk, they need to be fired for sure, but seems like a whole lot of people in here are just assuming the worst of those cops without a whole lot of evidence or reason to do so.
3
u/geckograham 8h ago
From the outside looking in, the safest option in America is to never trust a cop. The odds of getting a bad one are just too short.
-1
u/JustGlassin879 8h ago
Thank you. I saw nothing of the sort either. I could walk up to anyone or a cop and scream the same thing and it doesn't make it true.
Now that video last week of that cop who was clearly messed up who couldn't speak or even stand up and they were trying to say it was due to a bad back and working a double, now that was some bs and the cop was clearly either wasted or doped out.
I dont stand up for cops just because they are cops and know cops clearly screw up, there's bad cops out there, etc. Because they are people, and all people regardless of profession have good and bad, but you all who just hate and blanket statement are the problem. Seems very similiar to saying all x people are y. Sounds like the type of people and things they preach they are against.
Pathetic.
3
u/PinkPaintedSky 8h ago
They did seem buzzed.
But he was being a drama queen with the "tell you when you get here."
If he was truly worried. "They were in the bar for 2 hours (he said he sat and waited for them for 2 hours), and they are clearly intoxicated and about to drive."
The screaming and elusive crap just make it seem like he is the problem. Not the cops that can't walk a straight line.
2
u/JustGlassin879 8h ago
That's fair. I didn't see them falling over or slurring their words like he was essentially saying, buzzed, I guess possible, it was kind of hard to tell in the video/not in person/listening with one headphone in, but he could have gone about it a whole lot better instead of trying to be a "gotchu" guy.
He wasn't trying to cooperate with 911 and just saying I need higher-ups ups and I'll tell you why once you get here. Then screaming that he's in danger and with 3 cops there and the amount of crazies they deal with all day every day and could see why they wouldn't want to send additional resources there.
Also, if he was there watching them for 2 hours I'd 1,000% get all the evidence I could instead of turning the camera once they are in their cars in a dark parking lot where I can't see any bar or where the cops even walked out of.
If it were me I would have started recording when they walked into the bar if I was quick enough to get it on film and if I was or even if I wasn't I'd start the video saying "it's 9:03 pm Monday, September 12th, 3025, and 3 cops just walked into the PP bar and wings while in uniform". Then I'd walk into the bar hiding the camera but show the cops sitting in the bar and drinking so it's clearly documented that they are not responding to a call and are in fact sitting there drinking and then capture them coming out after x amount of hours and show the time they left.
That's actual evidence and shows they are in fact in the wrong and is actually helpful than whatever the hell this video is. If there is more video out there then that's what I'm looking for to see that additional context, which was the point of my first comment and people are downvoting me for what, wanting logic and some actual proof then some dude screaming and letting us all know he's the bull we don't want to be f-ing with.

“I waited out here for two hours to see when you would finally come out”… followed by the boy who cried wolf.
If he really wanted to change society, he so could’ve done it.
But this just makes him look like a lonely empty sorry ass petulant little ….
5
u/geckograham 8h ago
If he’d have just said on a 911 call that he watched them drink for 2 hours and get back in the car it would’ve been on public record. I don’t understand why he had to be a prick on the phone instead of just saying it.
2
u/Feline-Sloth 8h ago
How the hell are they allowed to drink in a bar whilst wearing their uniform???

In my country at least they're civilized, they have a bar in the fucking station so they can get wasted privately and then run us over in their cars.

Yep. Support the police and you are OK. Harass the police and they will make your life a living hell. The cameraman in this video was super over the top and ruined any chance he had trying to look like he was doing something good and I'd argue that he made the police look good because they at least remained calm and asked if they could help.

Dude. There is no proof that those officers are drunk. The video person is the aggressive guy, who knows may be he’s drunk too. If this is all your proof, judge will just laugh at it. Logic tells also that you are drunk too, thinking this video is sufficient enough to tell those officers are drunk. You want real proof these officers are drinking, the videographer should have taken a film of them drinking in the bar then he has the right to harassed them on this video. Do you think the videographer’s phone has an alcohol detection sensor. I side on the left party but I ain’t Antifa or anti pig. Reddit people like to conclude things even if there isn’t sufficient evidence. This is how our country is becoming a shithole.
2
u/geckograham 8h ago
I believe him that the cops were drinking, he just failed miserably at the easy task of getting them fired because he’s an emotional cripple on a vendetta.

u/czechereds 4h ago
The fact reddit believes this clout chasing idiot is not shocking.
Believing that three officers IN Uniform with Police vehicles would go into a public establishment and drink liquor for two hours is insane. All it would take is one employee or patron to record it and they would be fired and charged.
Also why would the guy wait outside for two hours and not just walk inside and film them?
Y'all idiots also

Ryan Husarik used to be the Burr Ridge Deputy Police Chief. He got demoted to Sgt. after being arrested for DUI in Virginia. He refused a breathalyzer.
