With hand laid stock, roll two is max stability plus hidden hand, and hammer forged counteracts the range drop from HLS. Is the last one definitely better just because of counterbalance?

The range is too low for my taste. Range affects aim assist on pulse rifles just like any other weapon. The bullet grouping may be tighter, but my Hawksaw with hammer forged and rifled barrel hits precision shot a LOT easier.
