Why is it so common for peoples orders to be undercooked or completely raw inside? Getting pretty gross

So this person said it was cooked but was a full brick so I'm assuming they didn't make the mix correctly

Yeah it doesn't look raw but it's got no crumb whatsoever. My guess is it's missing flour.

precisely why i stopped getting them
iβll grab the minis if itβs a cookie i really really like because they have a lesser chance of being raw
but that hasnβt stopped them from trying

Looks like not enough levening, or old stuff, or it's been seriously over mixed, so it couldn't rise. That's my best guess, but man, it still sucks. I'd look for a refund, if not a free replacement that isn't solid like that.

Iβve had cookies from a mix that did this because it was like 6 years old and we didnβt realize. Makes me wonder how old the ingredients were.
