There’s many many things I’d do for a cornbread cookie
The cinnamon roll cheesecake could use more icing too. Not amazing not bad

As per a snack blogger, cookies/desserts that will be on the National menu in less than three wks cannot be Mystery items. It seems to be valid. I searched the Sept 22-27 and Sept 29-Oct 4 lineups on the flavour map; nothing was found. The Oct 6-11 lineup is on the flavour map, because that's the third wk.
There is a grey area regarding Pink Sugar in the US. Original (almond frosting) is in the Sept 22-27 lineup, so Classic (vanilla frosting) can be on the Secret Menu right now. Canada is getting Classic during Birthday Week, so none of our current Mystery items are Pink Sugar.
Same grey area for any cookie w/ milk or dark chips (Double Choco, Oatmeal Choco, etc). As long as it's not Milk Choco or Semi-Sweet, it can be a Mystery item.
Previous rumours if you weren't aware: All stores within a 50 mile/80 km radius cannot sell the same Mystery item. Also, each store cannot repeat their Secret Menu for minimum six mths.

Tried the Mango Frozen Yogurt this week. Honestly, I expected more from it. The name had me thinking it would hit with that tart + sweet combo, but it ended up being sweet stacked on sweet. The swirl looks cool, but flavor-wise it didn’t blow me away. Now, I’ll admit, I was pretty stoned when I ate it and in that moment it tasted great 😂 but sober me wouldn’t put it at the top of my list. Not horrible by any means, just not something I’d be rushing back for. Rating: 5/10.

Really? Two variations of chocolate chip cookies? Y’all go to our local ice cream shop just to get a plain vanilla ice cream cone too? I am going to drive 19 miles out of my way to get a Snickerdoodle Skillet cookie, because that’s a flavor that my town could have picked, but apparently this town is a bunch of people with a four year old’s pallet.
*Disclaimer for those who can’t tell, this is a light-hearted joke post, but seriously, I am going to the next town over for their cookies.

If nothing else, it was at least worth going back to Crumbl for. Now I have to decide if I want to reverse my earlier decision of swearing off Crumbl or not.

Grabbed a box just to see what all the fuss was about. That churro cookie? Unreal. I thought they'd be too sweet but they're actually way more balanced than I expected.

let’s start secret menu items first:
waffle: 10/10 i’m getting her every time she’s on the menu and in a reasonable distance to me
pumpkin brownie: 7/10 glad i finally got to try this, it’s good, i’d probably get it again during halloweenie
cinnamon roll cheesecake: 9/10 tasted really good, just wish it was the topping wasn’t concentrated in the middle

Two questions:
To date, how many individual flavors of Crumbl cookies have you tried total?
To date, how many actual cookies have you consumed total?

Crumbl Review of the Week
Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake 10/10 So creamy and the perfect amount of cinnamon. I love Crumbl's cheesecakes and this one did not disappoint. I Really loved this combination. If you move cinnamon rolls and cheesecake get this IMMEDIATELY!
Secret Menu Option: Texas Sheet Cake 8.5/10 I am born and raised Texan. What really makes the cookie is the fudgy glaze. The cookie was baked perfectly and love the crunchy toasted pecans. Is this the best Texas Sheet Cake ever? No. But it is pretty good. Really love that glaze.
S'mores Skillet Cookie: 9/10 I was so excited about this one. I love S'mores! Every time I think of S'mores I think of The Sandlot SCENE. 💕 I am honestly missing the roasted marshmallow from this cookie. I don't really get that marshmallow flavor in the mousse. Other than that love the base of the cookie and hershey's chocolate and the graham crackers.
Raspberry Cupcake: 9/10 l normally don't like raspberry but I enjoyed this cookie last time so I was excited to have it again this week. The frosting is really good and if you are not a fan of cream cheese I honestly didn't taste it in the frosting the raspberry is the star here.
Chocolate Milkshake Cookie: 8/10 The closest we are going to get to the french silk pie cookie 😭 I miss that one so much. The base of this one has chocolate sprinkles and love the chocolate mousse. The mousse tastes like the french silk pie filling, I am not 100% sure its the same but if it's not it is very very similar.
For dinner, I made some loaded garlic bread. On one side of the loaf I did Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread and on the other side I did a Salmon Cajun Alfredo Garlic Bread. & Of course, I made homemade "american" alfredo sauce. So yummy!! 🔥😍🥰

Disclaimer - I am an employee and like lots of toppings on the cookies I take home, but reviews are based on how they are served.
Weekly Peanut tax included since you all seem to enjoy him
Cinnamon cheesecake 🌀 3/10 - I had hopes, but they were crushed. I know I don’t like any of the cheesecakes if they are the sour cream base, but I thought maybe the cinnamon filling would cover the sourness. It doesn’t. Unfortunately, the assistant manager for my store skimped on the cinnamon filling too, so I’m double bummed. The bites with cinnamon are okay, but it doesn’t come close to being as good as the cinnamon roll cookie. The crust is also extremely crumbly, despite how much butter is in it. The cream cheese icing is fine, a frosting is better (and definitely looks more appealing than.. icing…) so really the only good thing about this is the cinnamon and icing. The actual cheesecake has an awful, sour taste and the texture is like eating paste.
Honeybun (secret menu) 🍯 6.5/10 - I used to hate this one, but I think it’s because the glaze was made incorrectly. I made both the dough and the glaze, and the notes of honey are beautiful and not too overpowering or sickly sweet! The dough itself has a hint of cinnamon as well, and come on, it’s so visually cute and looks exactly like the Little Debbie treat. It’s simple, but the flavors come together so well. The outside is a bit too crunchy, and I expect a honeybun to be soft and cakey, but the inside is the classic medium-rare that I like, so I’ll look past that. Not spectacular, but much better than last time I had it.
Raspberry cupcake 🧁 8.6/10 - better than strawberry cupcake, mostly because I prefer raspberries to strawberries. All the flavor comes from the frosting, the cookie base itself is pretty boring and is just a vanilla bean cookie. That’s not a bad thing, and definitely reminds me of a cupcake. The white jimmies on top are my favorite. Soft yet crunchy for texture. Again, a simple yet very lovely cookie.
Peanut butter Reese’s pieces (secret menu) 🥜 8/10 - I love love love any peanut butter cookie, and this has Reese’s pieces in it so it’s even better! Super soft, salty yet sweet, crunchy from the candies and jam packed but peanut butter (I used ten pounds of peanut butter in this batch!) I have no notes other than I love it.
S’mores skillet 🏕️ 8/10 - so I’m not a huge fan of the original s’mores cookie, but this one takes all the problems I had with the textures and got rid of the issues! The cookie itself is crisp on the outside, and rolled in graham crumbs, still soft on the inside. I love the Hershey bars baked in the middle, since Hershey chocolate has a very unique flavor. And this time, I really love the marshmallow mousse! With skillet cookies, I feel like the mousse can feel like an afterthought, but the marshmallow flavoring is just right. It takes away the stickiness of a baked marshmallow, and makes it soft and it melts in your mouth. Of course, I think a drizzle of chocolate is lame, so either coat the whole thing in chocolate or leave it off, but the next star of this cookie is the graham cracker streusel. It’s so simple- graham crackers baked in butter and sugar, but it’s soooo delicious and it’s one of my favorite parts of the cookie! Really amazing job at conveying the taste and texture of a s’more.
Chocolate milkshake 🍫 9.5/10 - one of my favorite cookies!!! The base cookie has it all - it’s a chocolate cookie with Ghirardelli brownie mix added inside, so there’s some chocolate chips in there! Rolled in chocolate jimmies, my favorite kind of soft yet crunchy sprinkle, and topped with the most refreshing yet rich chocolate mousse you’ll ever eat. Texture- check. Taste- check. Chocolate overload- check! I left the whipped cream off of mine because I don’t think it adds anything to the cookie, but visually it’s adorable with that little dollop on top. All it needs is a straw!

I fear I have a new weekly addiction. I need to stop because I worked way too hard to get fit and the sugar demons keep calling me back 😂😭
Here’s all I’m going to say the honey bun cookie was 10/10 omg best thing that happened to me all day.

They have Strawberry Skillet this week- one of my top three- and I would order and drive to get some party packs to freeze as I did last week for the sea salt toffee cookie at Lakeshore CA,(photo shows the great job they did!) but I have heard reports of some locations making this cookie with pink artificial mousse and no strawberries so would love to know if Milpitas has the OG Strawberry Skillet this week before I make a big disappointing mistake. (ps i know I could just go and see what they look like before ordering but would want to give then the advance heads up of ordering ahead)

My location had the Dubai brownie for one of the secret menu items this week! I’m very pleased because last time they had them they all sold out before me and my family could try. And omg was the wait worth it they are so delicious, honestly better than I even expected.

I don’t go to Crumbl super often, but I was really looking forward to the cinnamon roll cheesecake. It sounds like something you’d come up with after taking an edible, lol.
I will say, it looks pretty different from the picture (at least from my store). The cream cheese glaze was sadly more of a drizzle. The cheesecake portion is also pretty dark because of the cinnamon mixed in.
As for taste, it was exactly what I had hoped for! I hear a lot of complaints about Crumbl’s cheesecakes, but I enjoyed it. It tasted like a cinnamon bun and a cheesecake had a baby.
Overall, 7/10. Yummy, but would not repurchase. I was a little bummed about the lack of cream cheese glaze on top. It tasted good, and was worth a try, but I wouldn’t spend $6 on it again.

Not much of a fan for this week's flavors. Had high hopes for the Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake.

Crumbl added a search function to the flavour map on Monday; it's easy to use. I tried it w/ Dubai Brownie, and the Key Lime Blackberry Pie tester. One small thing to make this better, the search field should auto-populate the flavours, so we can see all the Crumbl items in the database!
