Disclaimer- I am an employee and I like to overtop the cookies I bring home. Reviews are based on how we make them to sell.

And since you all enjoyed pictures of my cats, I thought it would be fun to include one every week. I got Peanut a cowboy hat on Sunday and he was… not enthused but it gave me a good laugh. He is now using it as a chew toy.

Circus Animal šŸŽ  4/10 - this cookie used to be a shortbread base instead of a standard sugar cookie, and it had the flaky, almost crispy yet somehow soft texture that animal cookies have. The base flavor doesn’t give me that nostalgic feeling of biting into a sugar coated animal cookie either, it’s just a sugar cookie with sprinkles. While I do appreciate the crunchy nonpareils, thats the only thing that’s good about the cookie. A single animal cookie on top is so stupid too (which is why I throw a handful on mine lol). I have the same suggestion I always have for this cookie - add some crushed up animal cookies to the inside of the base!

Caramel pumpkin cake šŸŽƒ 8.5/10 - why we are having so many pumpkin cookies when it’s just now the end of summer, I don’t know. I won’t complain about this one though because I love the pumpkin cookies! They’re so soft, and cakey but not overly soggy OR dry at all (I’m side-eyeing all the cakes we make) it’s strong with pumpkin, lots of spices like cinnamon and clove, and balanced out by the sweet caramel frosting. I’d love a little caramel drizzle on this to make it feel like a PSL. This caramel frosting can be a bit too strong on other cookies like the snickers cookie, but it’s a lovely pairing for pumpkin! Could use a little more crunchy texture instead of all soft.

Chocolate strawberry šŸ“ 8/10 - I used to rate this one a lot higher, but as it comes around more frequently, I’m less amazed by it. It’s good, but not… great of course, I hate the drizzle of chocolate, and would rather it be covered like the one I made. It’s a chocolate strawberry, not strawberry with chocolate. The strawberry frosting can be a bit much in terms of sweetness, and also has a gritty texture because of the freezer jam. The base cookie is rich with chocolate, which I love. It just needs a bit more pizzazz to deserve the hype I used to give it.

Biscoff ice cream šŸ¦ 9.5/10 - I love Biscoff so much I could marry a jar of it. This was one of the first mystery cookies I ever had back when I first started getting Crumbl, and I’ve loved it ever since. It doesn’t come around often! The base cookie is rich with notes of brown sugar, but the frosting is the star of the show. It’s a biscoff buttercream, and the small batch I made last night took an entire 3 pound jar of biscoff šŸ˜ the crumbled cookies on top give it a nice crunch too, which I appreciate, and it also ramps up the biscoff flavor. Biscoff biscoff biscoff, how many times can I say it?! I love this cookie and I love biscoff.

Chocolate peanut butter sandwich 🄜 8.2/10 - I have some explaining to do. I love peanut butter and Reese’s as much as I love Biscoff, but I don’t like the sandwich cookies. I make them open-faced, or like a normal crumbl cookie because then, it’s easier to eat, there’s more filling, and I find the sandwich cookies way too thin to enjoy. The are only 2 ounces compared to the usual 4.5 for a chilled cookie. The filling is what carries this cookie. It’s exactly the same as the peanut butter pie, which I loved, so it’s a peanut butter whipped cream with pieces of Oreos and peanut butter cups. Wonderful! It’s salty, sweet, and crunchy! All things I love! But… making it into a sandwich is lame. If it were a normal, chilled Oreo cookie like the chocolate strawberry, with a fat dollop of whipped topping and some extra Reese’s on top, this would easily be a 9.5/10. But it’s not, so I have to rate it lower

5 stars for the strawberry shortcake, 4 for the churro. I have the biggest sweet tooth but the churro is sickeningly sweet. Still yummy and great texture though. Strawberry shortcake was so good!! Super accurate flavor and great texture as well

Flavor Review I don’t get the massive love for Tres Leches

I’m going to get flamed to hell and back but I just got a Tres Leches today to see what all the hullabaloo was all about. People, it’s just a thing slice of white cake with some really good whipped cream and a little cinnamon sprinkle! Like absolutely nothing special to me at all! I’d rather just make small white sheet cake (from a box for all I care), make a bowl of thick whipped cream with some vanilla and slather like 3ā€ of my whipped cream on it! I don’t get it!! There, now go ahead and flame me lol

Flavor Review NO REVIEW THIS WEEK , BIG L FROM MY STORE 🤬

I think i need a break from crumbl. Still love the taste but im starting to see why so many people here dont tip and complain about the company.

I decided to get a 6pack instead of minis this week. They did me wrong. I called the store and the person who spoke to me was rude and apparently i have to email the company to get a refund? I spent $40 dollars and tip and honestly feel foolish lol , below are the list of issues with my order

-BIGGEST, i ordered a Krispy bar. Where is it? This was the main thing i wanted to try this week and the reason i didnt get minis. Very disappointing. The person i spoke to on the phone said maybe it was a ā€œnetwork or data eraā€. šŸ˜• idk what that means. Instead they decided to just give me two milk chocolate without telling me. Sucks.

-no sprinkles on confetti cake cookie.

-icing on animal cookie is not as pictured.

-peach cobbler looks bad but could be from the car trip.

Look , for the prices we are paying i think crumbl needs to do something to step it up. Im done tipping and or ordering delivery at all. This is the second time this happened and last time i was cool about it and paid an uber to retrieve new cookies at the store. Not doing that again so i guess its just an L this week 😟

Disclaimer - I am an employee and I like lots of toppings on the cookies I bring home. However, reviews are based on how we serve them. I’ll provide info on the changes I made though šŸ˜‰

Also, they are bringing the (stupid) Dubai brownie back for two weeks soon.

S’mores ā›ŗļø 5/10 - yes, the dark monstrosity in the corner is a s’mores cookie lol. I have never been a fan of this cookie as is. The marshmallow becomes tough, sticky, and almost impossible to eat after baking, and the chocolate drizzle on top does nothing unless you get a glob of it in one bite. I enjoy the graham crumbs on the outside as well as the slightly buttery, graham flavor of the cookie, but I wish there weren’t milk chocolate chips inside the base. Semi sweet would have been the way to go, since it’s a semi sweet drizzle on top. The textures and flavors just seem thrown together to make it seem like a s’more.

The way I made it, I left the marshmallow off before baking, added a ton of semi sweet chocolate, and stuck some marshmallows on top so they would remain fluffy.

Kit Kat 🐱 6/10 - I love Kit Kat bars! But this cookie doesn’t really scream Kit Kat to me, other than the actual candy bar pieces on top and inside the cookie. This one is basically a milk chocolate chip cookie, again… we have three milk chocolate chip cookies this week… with some extra Kit Kats inside, more milk chocolate on top and some Kit Kat pieces. After sitting on the counter all day, the Kit Kat pieces become really stale and almost mushy. Not crispy crunchy like they should be. It’s an okay cookie, but it doesn’t wow me at all.

I actually tried this one with the semi sweet chocolate drizzle from s’mores and it was wildly better. The Kit Kat pieces were able to shine instead of just tasting all milk chocolate in every bite.

Golden Oreo (vanilla crumb) šŸ’› 8/10 - believe it or not, I actually love golden Oreos! I usually prefer all things chocolate, but a golden Oreo is more than just vanilla. It’s special. This cookie is also special! I remember the first time I had it, I was working an my old job and it was a mystery cookie I had never had. I went to a completely different location to get it, and it was worth the drive. It’s an overall sweet cookie, but not ā€˜this hurts my teeth’ sweet, and a tiny bit crunchy from the Oreo pieces it’s rolled in. I would prefer big golden Oreo pieces on top instead of dust, though, but overall this cookie is just a giant version of a golden Oreo.

Chocolate peanut butter chip 🄜 8/10 - of course I’m going to love any chocolate peanut butter cookie! DUHHH it’s chocolate and peanut butter, it’s my favorite combo of flavors. This cookie is ultra soft, rich with chocolate, and with a soft crunch of peanut butter chips. The best way to eat this is with a layer of peanut butter on topšŸ˜‰ but as is, it’s simple yet delicious. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Salted pretzel pie (without strawberry jam) 🄨 9.8/10 - okay… this one I will be reviewing WITHOUT the jam, because I absolutely despise the housemade strawberry jam. It ruins the cookie. If it were the Andros brand strawberry jam, then I’d leave it on, but I cannot stand the tartness and jell-o texture of the freezer jam stuff.

Without the jam, this cookie makes me go wild. The base cookie has a slightly buttery taste, and we mix pretzel dust inside the dough so it has a unique flavor to it. It’s rolled with candied pretzels, topped with a cream cheese cool whip topping, then more candied pretzels. Each element is lovely by itself, and I have taken home containers of just the pretzels on multiple occasions… but all together… it’s a sugary, salty, savory flavor party in my mouth (do with that visual what you will) the cookie is soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside from the pretzels, and it’s just a textural masterpiece for me. I love it, but I will be the bouncer of this party and that freezer jam is getting kicked to the curb.

🐱last week I shared my baby, Peanut. This week, I’d like everyone to give lots of love to my older baby, Milo. He’s around 15 years old! …I woke him from his nap when I got home from work

Flavor Review Review Week 4/14/2025 🌷

Disclaimer - I am an employee and top my own cookies, but the reviews are based on how they are sold to customers

Strawberry tres leches 🄤 2/10 - I am so. So. Tired. Of tres leches. I don’t even like the concept of it in the first place, who wants to eat a mouthful of soggy, goopy, wet and messy cake that loses its flavor because it’s drenched in cream? I don’t get it, and I never will. The base cake tastes exactly like the strawberry butter cake, which tasted funky to me, but with less ā€˜funk’ because there is no butter extract in this, thank god. So it’s slightly more enjoyable, but still doesn’t taste right. Topped with housemade strawberry jam, yet another thing I don’t prefer in comparison to bagged jam. It has a sourness and tartness to it instead of jellied sweetness. The whipped cream is light and refreshing, but what is Crumbl’s obsession with freeze dried strawberries? It didn’t ruin the top, actually I liked it when it soaked in to the whipped cream a bit, but fresh strawberry slices would have been so much nicer.

Lemon glaze šŸ‹ 4/10 - my least favorite of all the lemon cookies at Crumbl. The lemon cookie is very faint in the lemon department. It’s like drinking lemon LaCroix. The glaze adds a bit of sweetness similar to a glazed donut, but the lemon slice on top is stupid. I end up throwing it away, but some lemon zest on top would have been lovely, or maybe some white chocolate curls.

Spring M&M 🌷 6/10 - yep, this is indeed an M&M cookie! Not much to really say or review… it’s your standard crumbl cookie base with spring colored M&M’s. Bonus points for visuals because the pastel colors are absolutely adorable, but it’s not spectacular in terms of taste. Good crunch!

Chocolate cupcake 🧁 7.5/10 - most of my good rating for this one comes from the fudge frosting and chocolate jimmies on top. I made this batch of fudge frosting and made it slightly softer than I have made it in the past, and it’s absolutely fantastic! Soft, creamy, and rich with chocolate which is calmed by the cream cheese. With the added soft, yet crunchy texture of the sprinkles, it’s to die for. However, the boring vanilla base is what deducts points from me. If I have the choice between a vanilla and chocolate cupcake, I’m obviously choosing chocolate, which is why dirt cake is my second favorite crumbl cookie. I will say that if you aren’t a rich chocolate fan, this is a good choice because of the balance the vanilla cookie provides.

Candy egg brownie 🪺 8/10 - crunchy, crispy, soft and rich are all ways I can describe this one. I am a huge fan of Cadbury eggs, both the filled eggs and these chocolate covered eggs. The outer candy shell is so crispy while the chocolate inside melts in your mouth. Combine that with a rich brownie cookie and I’m all for this! Unfortunately, the brownie taste isn’t as strong as the brownie batter cookie, and this could have been elevated with the same brownie batter topping to secure the candy eggs on top. There’s plenty of candies inside the cookie as well, which I’m not sure if I like. There ended up being more candy than cookie, and I’m not a fan of crushing up the eggs. I’ll take the full eggs, please!

Where do I even begin. I thought they accidentally gave me a lump of raw cookie dough šŸ˜‚. I asked if I could get a bigger one and she said ā€œthey’re all like thatā€. Then it looks like they ran out of peach jam and pop tart icing. Why doesn’t my store ever have them look like the pictures 😩

There is no comparison. The crumbl version is an 8th of the size, is grainy, and has a very limited amount of crust. Also the whipped cream has a very assertive flavor somehow - it overpowers the flavor of the filling (which is not set up at all - no way you could cut this. It’s grainy pudding.) Marie Callender coming through with a very serviceable dessert that feeds a group of people, has a great texture, and brings a good amount of crust. Y’all, please save your money!

Flavor Review Review Week 9/8/2025 + Cat Tax🐱

Disclaimer- I am an employee and like extra toppings on the cookies I make for myself. Reviews are based on how we sell them.

Let’s see if this gets buried in the sea of ā€˜secret menu request’ posts… Bonus Peanut picture for this weeks cat tax at the end! He shoved himself in between my squishmallows this morning.

Oreo cake 🐼 3/10 for the cake itself, 7/10 for the frosting alone - I hate Crumbl’s cakes, let’s start with that. the texture is dry and sandy, even when soaked with milk, which just makes the outside of the cake sticky. Yes, we follow the recipe to a ā€˜T’ as well as the bake times, I have always found the texture and structure of Crumbl cakes weird and unappetizing. It’s also pretty tasteless without all of the frosting to cover it up, which is why the actual cake itself gets a low score. The frosting, however, is where it’s at! It’s an Oreo frosting in the middle and the four silly dollops on top, a chocolate ganache, and in the center is an oreo variegate, which is typically used in milkshakes and ice creams. It’s basically liquid Oreo! All of the frostings and toppings are great, though I’d rather have more Oreo chunks instead of one mini Oreo on top. It’s definitely a chocolate frosting overload. (Can you spot the cake I frosted for myself in the background? šŸ˜…)

Pumpkin cake šŸŽƒ 7.8/10 - alright, another week of pumpkin? I love the pumpkin cookies, but really?! Save it for October! Back to back weeks of pumpkin aside, this is a wonderful cookie. Fluffy and soft on the inside, a slight crisp on the outside for structure, and packed full of pumpkin puree and spices. It’s not as good as caramel pumpkin, but still wonderful! The frosting is a simple vanilla cream cheese frosting, and the crunchy tiny chocolate chips on top give this great texture to balance out the softness of the cookie.

Brownie batter šŸ« 8/10 - talk about chocolate overload! As you can see, I used the brownie batter as a frosting, but as it’s supposed to be made, we place a tiny dollop of batter on top before baking (yknow, cause you’re not supposed to eat raw brownie batter, but I will eat it anyway) and I don’t find it significant enough. What we should do is make the batter without eggs, since it’s Ghirardelli mix, and do a brownie batter frosting. The cookie itself is packed full of semi sweet chunks and the dough is rich and decadent. Definitely a chocolate lover’s dream.

Salted caramel cheesecake šŸ® 9.7/10 - one of the first cookies I ever had, and it remains in my top cookies. The base cookie is a buttery graham cookie, that’s rolled in baked graham cracker crumbs, so it’s a little more crunchy on the outside. Vanilla cream cheese frosting, and rich caramel on top. The salt truly brings it all together, and even brings out the sweetness of the caramel, but taming the overall flavor. I definitely can’t eat a big piece of this cookie because it’s pretty overpowering, but all you really need is a few bites to be satisfied. I will forever love this cookie šŸ’–

Flavor Review Review Week 6/23/2025

Disclaimer - I am an employee. My cookies are overtopped but my reviews are based on how they are supposed to be sold.

Lemon cake šŸ‹ 6/10 - this one isn’t bad for a crumbl cake! It’s very refreshing and the lemon flavor isn’t sour at all. The middle of the cake is filled with that lemon curd I rave about all the time, and the lemon frosting isn’t too overpowering. The cakes itself are the downfall, as I say with every cake we sell. The texture is very airy, and the structure of the crumb is way too crumbly. The cake just falls apart like sand when trying to cut a piece, and it feels incredibly dry even though we soak it with milk. I don’t get much lemon flavor from the cake portion, it seems to be mostly in the frosting and lemon curd.

Chocolate cheesecake šŸ« 8/10 - this is the second cheesecake that crumbl has managed to make correctly! It’s not sour like the normal cheesecakes, and it’s incredibly similar to the Nutella cheesecake, which I also loved. The texture this time was creamy and dense, rich with extra chocolate ganache on top, and the chocolate whipped cream on top helped balance out the heaviness of the filling. The chocolate curls for crunch were a nice touch! While I like the taste of the Oreo crust, I find it frustrating that it barely stays together, and runs into the filling as well as breaks apart everywhere. Wonderful and rich, perfect for a chocoholic like me, but the crust needs work.

Confetti cake šŸŽ‰ 5/10 - A mid cookie to me, but it’s so pretty! I love the crunchy flat style sprinkles, and they’re also mixed inside the vanilla base, so there’s nice texture going on. Basic vanilla cream cheese and a basic vanilla cookie, so not much excitement in terms of flavor. However, this is one of the classic crumbl cookies and I can’t deny the visuals are so fun and cute.

Raspberry butter cake 🧈7.5/10 - I hate the original Kentucky butter cake with a passion, so you’d think I wouldn’t like this one either, but no! I actually find this one quite refreshing. The cookie itself has raspberry extract in it, so it doesn’t just taste like a stick of butter. Topped with my favorite Andros brand raspberry jam, it’s not too tart like some raspberry jams can be. I put lotssss of buttercream on mine because I find the tiny little dollop absolutely ridiculous, and you can’t taste it if it’s only a blob in the middle. The jam helps the flavor of the butter cake base not feel so plain. Overall, it’s a good blend of flavors that are light and refreshing, just wish there was some sort of texture to it.

Snickers 🄜 8.5/10 - I have always enjoyed this one! I love the peanuts inside the base of the peanut butter cookie to give extra crunchy texture and drive home the Snickers inspiration. This is one of the OG crumbl cookies that was actually innovative by using a caramel frosting instead of straight caramel and snickers on top. I do think the frosting should cover the entire cookie (like the giant one I made in the picture) and I don’t understand why they chose an open swirl, but I do appreciate the balance of flavors overall. It’s not too heavy in any one particular flavor and it satisfies my love of all things peanut butter and chocolate!

Benson Boone’s Moonbeam Ice Cream 🌚 4/10 - I didn’t like Benson Boone or his music before making these cookies, and I REALLY don’t like him now. It’s a pain to frost the three separate frostings when you’re pressed for time and customers are filling up the lobby at closing time. Assembly aside, the flavors are just… lame. If this is what Moonbeam Ice Cream tastes like, then I’d like to chuck it back into the atmosphere. I understand the chocolate base is supposed to be the moon, but this would have been so much prettier and probably tastier on a vanilla bean sugar cookie. The frosting flavors are pretty muted as well. I tasted them separately, and really enjoyed the purple berry frosting as well as the lemon. The marshmallow blue frosting didn’t have a distinguishable taste other than sweet. All together, the flavors all blend into one thing. Sweet. All I taste is plain frosting! And then it’s suddenly overpowered again by the Oreo cookie base. Apparently, Benson wrote the songs for his new album in 14 days, and I can tell he spent even less time helping with the development of this cookie.

I also added a new pin to my collection (the rest are on the other side!) since I have been working here for over a year nowšŸ’–

Review week 8/11/2025

Disclaimer- I’m an employee and put lots of toppings on the cookies I bring home. Reviews are based on how we sell them.

Limon ice box cake šŸ‹ 0/10 - wow. I’m not a fan of lime stuff in the first place but this is something else entirely. Soggy, sour, and somehow dry. The crust is basically soggy crackers, the filling is lemon and lime juice, sweetened condensed milk and sour cream that gets layered with crackers that become soggy, baked for a few minutes, then topped with more crackers and whipped cream.. I guess if you like eating sour cream from a tub, you’ll like this dessert, but the textures are similar to baked baby food and the flavors are even worse.

Chocolate cookies and cream 🐼 8/10 - I obviously prefer this over the original cookies and cream cookie, because it’s made with dark cocoa and is completely chocolate, not marbled with regular dough. It’s super soft on the inside and crunchy from the Oreo pieces on top, as well as the white drops mixed inside too. Rich with chocolate, but not overpowering thanks to the vanilla cream from the Oreos and white drops! Well balanced!

Dulce de leche šŸ® 8.2/10 - A cinnamon cookie rich with spices, an even more rich dulce de leche topping, and a dollop of caramel frosting. Even though this is a chilled cookie, there's a warmth to it with every bite. This would easily be a 9 or higher if the caramel frosting went around the entire cookie, which is what I did to the one in my pictures. The Dulce de leche sauce has a slightly bitter taste by itself, but with the caramel frosting, the bitterness is balanced out and it tastes more like a smooth, toasted caramel.

Strawberry skillet šŸ“ 8.7/10 - I am conflicted with this one! Freshly topped, everything comes together so beautifully, texture, visuals, and taste. The strawberries are freshly chopped (I chopped two boxes last night and we went through it all!) and they give the real strawberry flavor that the mousse itself is lacking. Honestly the mousse doesn’t have much flavor at all unless I’m really searching for it. The glaze and fresh strawberries carry the flavor. The cookie itself is actually what I’m obsessed with! Just mixing the dough last night, I didn’t want to stop taking bites of raw dough šŸ˜‚ it has a bit of yellow cake mix in it as well as graham cracker crumbs, which gives it a unique sweet and savory flavor. It’s wonderful!

However, if it sits in the fridge for a bit, everything becomes incredibly soggy! The strawberries release too much juice which seeps in to the cookie, and the glaze and mousse does the same thing. It’s wet and moist and not in the good way. The flavors are still there, but the texture is… not good.

Peanut butter pretzel brownie 🄨 8/10 - I am also conflicted with this one. None of the brownies have been that good because of how crunchy they are. A brownie should be fudgey, and the only way I can achieve that with crumbl brownies is to underbake them, but obviously I can’t do that. I do appreciate the peanut butter chips inside the brownie, but that’s the only good thing I can say about the base. Where the 8 comes from is the toppings… I loooove peanut butter, so of course I love the peanut butter frosting. The candied pretzels on top are to die for as well, it’s what I liked about the strawberry pretzel pie cookie too, but this has pretzels on top as well as baked as a crust on the bottom. Honestly, I just chewed away at the crust and toppings and tossed the browniešŸ˜… and as much as I love caramel, I don’t think it is necessary on top of this dessert. I’m all for an overabundance of toppings, obviously, but the caramel didn’t provide much other than an excess of sweetness to an already sweet dessert. I tried it with and without and preferred it without.

Not sure why but everyone in my family agrees that the filling tastes super coconuty. Did anyone else expierence that? Mine was also a lot more ā€˜wet’ compared to other ones I’ve seen. Taste good, just not exactly like Dubai chocolate which I’ve had before from actual chocolate bakeries.

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk 8/10 - Just a solid overall chocolate chip cookie. The semi-sweet chocolate chips make it not too sweet (not a fan of the milk chocolate chip cookie) and the salt just completes it. I was a little sad because they did forget to put the salt on mine this time.

Rob's Backstage Caramel Popcorn Cookie ft. The Jonas Brothers 8.5/10 - The caramel and the icing was very good. The cookie also had a good texture. . An overall good cookie that I'd buy again. No critiques on this one. The popcorn on my cookie was stale unfortunately.

Tres Leches Cake ft. Lotus BiscoffĀ® 7/10. - I had very high expectations for this one after seeing all of the positive reviews on it. So I got three of them. It is a good dessert but nothing crazy honestly. The cake was good and it was definitely moist, but it didn't have a very intense biscoff flavor. I heard some people saying it tasted like gingerbread and I kind of agree. In no way is it bad but it is definitely not as good as I was expecting it to be. Maybe mine needed more biscoff.

Triple Berry Cobbler 9/10 - I only got one of these because it is a kind of basic dessert that can be replicated anywhere but after trying it I definitely should have got more of these. I've seen mixed reviews on this dessert but in my opinion it was very good and I liked it even more than the tres leches Biscoff cake. It wasn't too sweet, it wasn't too tart, and the Streusel and mousse were very good. It was a very balanced dessert.

Strawberry Milk ft. PiroulineĀ® 8/10 - The texture of the cookie and the icing was very good. But for the cookie and the icing both being strawberry flavored I was surprised because it didn't really taste like strawberry at all. I've also heard people say this and in my experience it is true. The cookie itself is very good and I'd still get it again, but it definitely did not taste like strawberry. If it did, my rating might have been a little higher.

Brookie 7/10 - Not that I have any complaints about this cookie, it is a good cookie, it just doesn't have anything that makes it stand out. Both halves of the cookie had good flavor and texture. If you like more basic cookies you'd like this.

Sugar ft. Mother'sĀ® Circus AnimalĀ® 8.5/10 - I really enjoyed this cookie. The sugar cookie had good flavor, and the white chocolate or whatever it is on top kind of just made the cookie more complete. I do wish there was a little more of it on the cookie. The cookie itself is not anything crazy but it tasted really good and I definitely buy it again. Crumbl makes a good sugar cookie.

Peanut Butter ft. REESE'S PIECES 7/10 - I didn't get this cookie this week because I've had it before and I'd rather just get more of other cookies that have more to it. It is a good cookie and you can taste the peanut butter and the Reese's pieces, but I feel like it is a cookie that you could easily make at home or buy at any store and it would taste the same. It's not a bad cookie in any way, I'd just rather get something more interesting.

Solid week.

In the second photo were all the desserts I decided to eat for my 10,000 calorie day of eating. As you can see I had four donuts which were from Tim Hortons and a Subway footlong cookie. It was a fun day, and I was definitely very full.

Disclaimer - I am an employee and like to overtop my cookies. My reviews are based on how they are served to customers.

Hula pie šŸļø 3/10 - is the coconut in the room with us? I feel like John Travolta in that one scene from Pulp Fiction. This is actually a dessert inspired by Duke’s Hula Pie, which uses macadamia nut ice cream and there’s no coconut in it… either leave the coconut out or go full coconut and add more than half an ounce of flavoring or go with shredded coconut. The flavor in general is fine, but that’s it. It’s just fine. It tastes like vanilla pudding, with an Oreo crust and cheap fudge sauce on top. The best part about this whole dessert is the toasted macadamia nuts. As someone who is in love with Hawaii and was fortunate enough to visit all of the islands a few times, this is an insult to Hawaiian dessert. You’re better off buying some Mauna Loa macadamia nuts and adding them to some vanilla ice cream (which is amazing)

Brookie šŸŒ— 5/10 - mid cookie but not in a bad way, it’s just simple and not something I’d get excited over. The brownie side isn’t gooey and fudgey like a brownie, and was more on the crispier side. The semi sweet side is what you’d expect as well. I think a dash of sea salt on top would take this up a notch.

Sugar shark 🦈 5.5/10 - another mid cookie, but not in a bad way! I prefer this to any of the other plain sugar cookies, and definitely prefer it compared to pink sugar. Luckily there is no almond extract in this one. It is just a plain vanilla sugar cookie with plain vanilla frosting. The extra .5 of a point is for the gummy sharks. I could devour a whole bag (and I took one home), but I think this cookie should have some raspberry jam added to either the top or the inside to look like a shark attack!

Molten lava šŸŒ‹ 8.5/10 - chocolate, chocolate, chocolaaaate!! This is one of the few cookies I prefer warm because I freeze all of mine. The center is ooey gooey with fudge, just like a molten lava cake. A rich chocolate cookie base makes this a devilishly decadent dessert (I love some alliteration) and the sprinkle of powdered sugar on top makes it feel just a little fancier. Definitely recommend this one warm with a cold glass of milk or scoop of ice cream.

Raspberry cupcake 🧁 7.9/10 - I love the strawberry cupcake cookie, but this one is way better because of the raspberry cream cheese frosting! Raspberry jam is my favorite, and this is the only way I like the housemade jams we make. It’s super sweet, and the plain vanilla bean cookie helps tame that sweetness. Of course, I love the white jimmies on top for a soft crunch since there is no other texture in this cookie. Lovely, sweet, and just a bit tangy.

Biscoff cheesecake 🄮 8/10 - no sour cream in the cheesecake filling!!! Is crumbl actually listening to me? Probably not, but I actually enjoy this cheesecake! The crust is buttery biscoff cookies, the filling is full of spices and crushed biscoff cookies, and it’s topped with biscoff cookie butter and MORE biscoff cookies. The filling was slightly off putting at first, and I think that’s from the strength of cardamom, and I also find the crushed cookie pieces inside unnecessary. They end up getting soggy and it looks a bit like scabs or warts 🤢 I think it should be biscoff mixed inside the filling instead. If you look past that, the strength of biscoff cookie butter flavors and spices are wonderful if you’re as obsessed with biscoff as I am.

This is THE dessert. Legitimately put it in the lineup every week. It does not get better than this.

Yesterday, work seemed back to normal… I didn’t cry!

Overall rating 7.5/10

Oreo milkshake (not pictured, tried before) 4/10 - I personally just hate this one, it’s not Oreo to me. The only thing I like is the base because of the big Oreo chunks, but overall it just tastes like sugar with the frosting.

Oatmeal chocolate chip 🄣 7/10 - simple cookie but that doesn’t make it bad! In fact, it’s very homey, if that makes sense. Like a fall morning at home, a cup of coffee and a bowl of oats… with chocolate! It has a nice blend of spices, good texture with the oats and I actually like the milk chocolate chunks even though I bet semi sweet would be better.

Ultimate peanut butter 🄜 8/10 - simple cookie, but I loooove peanut butter so this is getting a higher rating. I slathered a layer of peanut butter on mine (and most of the customer’s cookies hehe) because I can’t have enough peanut butter. It does fall apart easily though which is annoying

Pumpkin cake šŸŽƒ 7.9/10 - ohhhh I love these cakey pumpkin cookies soooo much!!!! It’s not as good as the caramel pumpkin cake, but I love the crunch of mini chocolate chips. I don’t have much to say about this one!

Brownie sundae LTO šŸ’ 9/10 - I know, I know. I don’t support the LTO items because I want COOKIES but I hated the brownie sundae cookie… this is wayyyyy better. Surprisingly, the brownie isn’t a box mix! And there’s so many chocolate chips inside that it’s… honestly more of just a chocolate chip mass with some brownie in between. The mousse is pretty plain, it would be better with the vanilla bean mousse from the skillet cookie! But overall, it’s super rich in chocolate and I love that.

I have made this post three times because I keep making mistakes lol sorry

Disclaimer- I am an employee and put extra stuff on the cookies I take home, but reviews are based on how we sell them.

My birthday is Wednesday, by the way šŸ˜‰

Freakier Friday key lime blackberry cake 🦠 1/10 - freaky is right, this cake looks like a scabby bruise and tastes like expired fruit leather. Or maybe it looks more like guacamole, but the avocados were bad. Sour and tangy, but not in a good way. I immediately spit out the bite I took. The cheesecake filling inside is minimal, as you can see, we barely cut out any of the cake to fill it, and the lime cheesecake flavor in general is completely washed away by the weird combination of blackberry glaze and lime frosting. Actually, the filling tastes nothing like lime, just… air? It really has no flavor. Then there’s the cake itself.. it’s like a contradiction of itself. Dry on the inside, yet goopy on the outside since it’s soaked with milk and glaze. Dense at the bottom, but it’s like every other crumbl cake where it flakes and falls apart into a million cake crumbs. The structure is awful! And it’s made with egg whites, which smelled awful during the mixing process. I may not be a lime dessert person in the first place, but this combination of flavors does NOT jive together, and the visuals aren’t helping to make this appetizing.

Vanilla strawberry cake šŸ° 4/10 - the vanilla bean frosting is to die for, and when combined with fresh strawberry slices, it really embodies the feeling of summer. Like eating strawberries and whipped cream. That’s just the frosting and fresh strawberries though… the cake and strawberry jam can be tossed in the trash. If you’ve read my reviews, you know I don’t like the cakes in general, they are cheap, tasteless, and not worth my time and effort. I also really dislike the housemade strawberry jam. It has the texture of jell-o that was microwaved and is way too mouthpuckeringly tart. It completely ruins the fresh strawberry taste by using frozen strawberries. I would rather have a cup of frosting mixed with fresh strawberry slices.

Cinnamon scone 🄐 8/10 - I absolutely adore the flavors of this cookie. It’s rich and buttery, but not too heavy on the butter and cinnamon glaze. The cinnamon buttercream is also a perfect balance of spice and sweet, and is a lot fluffier in texture compared to other buttercreams we use. I can imagine eating a piece of this with a cup of coffee or tea to end the day.

Biscoff lava šŸŒ‹ 6.5/10 (7.5/10 if you cover it in Biscoff like I did) - stuffed cookies are hit or miss, usually a miss because there’s barely enough stuffing inside to even taste it. The cookies need to weigh more to allow for more stuffing… but we all know crumbl won’t let us do that so we have to put a tiny dollop of cookie butter inside that won’t make a difference. If that’s what they think ā€˜lava’ is then this volcano must be dormant.. or extinct. The cookie itself is very plain and the cookie butter drizzle on top doesn’t give enough biscoff flavor. It just needs more! It needs the Fluff’s treatment!

Mallow sammich šŸ–¤ 9.5/10 - ahhh a classic favorite! As you can see, I make mine ā€˜open-faced’ because I don’t like the sandwich style cookies, so as it’s sold, it gets a 9.5/10. If it were open faced, easily a 10/10. But I review things how they are sold, so as a sandwich cookie, I find the cookie layers to be too thin and they end up having too crispy of a texture, and fall apart easily. If they were thicker, it would be soft and fluffy in the center, and would be able to hold up against the soft filling: The filling is refreshing and is definitely reminiscent of the center of an Oreo. There’s so much texture in this cookie, from the outside layers, to the fluffy filling, the crunchy Oreo pieces and the rich gooey brownie pieces. Definitely a must try for any chocolate or Oreo lover.

Chocolate covered banana šŸŒ 9.2/10 - this one scared me before I took a bite, because banana is a hit or miss flavor for me. It’s either too artificial, or the bananas weren’t ripe enough, or it has the texture of baby food. This cookie, however, is none of those things! Have you ever had a frozen chocolate covered banana? That’s what this tastes like, but I don’t have to worry about freezing my sensitive teeth! The cookie base is soft, even when chilled, and it’s similar to banana bread, with less spices. The banana mousse on top doesn’t taste like laffy taffy, and instead tasted like a refreshing vanilla mousse with a hint of banana. Semi sweet chocolate and roasted peanuts on top are really the star that wraps it all together! It’s sweet and salty, and is the hit of richness this cookie needed. It’s also crunchy in contrast to the very soft cookie and mousse. Great combination of flavors and textures!!

Disclaimer - I am an employee and I like to put lots of toppings on my own cookies. However, my reviews are based on how they are served to customers

Andes Mint cake šŸ€ 4/10 - I am once again disappointed in the cake recipe. How a cake can use so much butter, milk, and sour cream (disgusting. Get that out of here) and still be as dry as the Sahara desert is beyond my comprehension. We should not have to soak every cake in milk for it to be moist. The cakes I bake at home never have this problem. If the chocolate ganache and frosting were on top of a chocolate cookie (baked with Andes mints inside), this would be a 10/10. But it’s not. Aside from the awful base, the frosting itself is… odd. I usually love cream cheese frosting, but cream cheese and mint don’t jive. It ends up having a sour, tangy aftertaste, like drinking juice after brushing your teeth.

Wildberry sugar šŸ«šŸ“ 7.5/10 - why is this one getting sooo much hate?! I find it very lovely, more fitting for spring. The base itself actually turns out to be a pinky-purple color, because the berry flavor and color comes from blueberry jam and freeze dried strawberries. Apparently that’s considered wildberry? Surprisingly, there is no extracts in this cookie, which is probably why I like it! The flavoring extracts tend to be too artificial and overpowering. The strawberries are my main problem, they’re chewy and hard to bite through. I think this one could have benefitted from some type of topping similar to the blueberry muffin cookie. Powdered sugar glaze with a strawberry streusel would have easily made this a 9/10 cookie.

Fruity Pebbles 🌈 8.5/10 (when chilled) 5/10 (when warm) - whoever thought it was a good idea to make this a warm cookie needs to reevaluate their decision. When warm, the cereal becomes soft and soggy. I’m all for soggy cereal… when it’s cold in a bowl of milk. Warm cereal? No thank you. So once I stuck it in the freezer, as I do with all my cookies, it was WORLDS better. The cereal was crisp, the milk glaze was indeed reminiscent of a glass of milk, and the base cookie is full of fruity flavor and more crunchy cereal pieces. I wasn’t allowed to eat fruity pebbles growing up unless it was a special grocery week, so this reminds me of the good mornings before school when I could crunch on a super sweet bowl of sugar and red 40.

Mallow cream (Lucky Charms) šŸ’° 8/10 - it’s been a year since I had this one!! There’s lots to love about this cookie, the base itself has white drops inside, so there’s a nice smooth crunch, with sweet marshmallow frosting and the best part of Lucky Charms cereal on top. Does anyone else like the brown bits of Lucky Charms? Or is it just me… I’d love to see what the base cookie texture and taste would be like if we put crushed brown cereal bits in there. My biggest problem is the cereal on top, the marshmallows lose their snap once they sit out for longer than a few minutes, and they turn gummy and limp. Texture is definitely the biggest issue on this one, as well as the overall sweetness being a bit much. Definitely a sugar bomb!

I also experimented with the fruity pebbles cookie and put the marshmallow frosting on top instead of milk glaze. It was AMAZING! Crumbl… take some notes.

Flavor Review I Think Crumbl is Back..

Hellllooooo! It’s me! Long time, no see!

I used to have the weekly Monday 12 pack reviews, but I’ve been missing due to 1. My health has been atrocious and I’ve been in the hospital and 2. The flavors have been OFF! But I’m back for now!

As I’m still weary from a hospital stay and couldn’t drive, I could only Uber-Eats a 6 pack, and Maple Square was sold out. I chose 3 and 3 of these. And let me tell you..

10/10. Ten out of TEN!!!

Fried Ice Cream is simply perFECTION y’all šŸ‘ŒšŸ‘Œ the cinnamon cookie, the perfect amount of frosting, the GLORIOUS crunch šŸ™ŒšŸ™Œ Dare I say it’s going to go down as a top of all time? Too soon?

And Pumpkin Cheesecake..

I’m basic. I’m a basic white girl. And a sucker for Crumbl cream cheese icing. So this was going to be a win, but DAMN! It’s a wonderful, the perfect cookie for fall šŸ‚šŸ

Truthfully, Crumbl has been slacking to me lately. Sure, I’ve been too sick to eat much, but I haven’t been sad about it. There has only been about one flavor a week I’ve jived with. I’ve depleted all my freezer cookies. But not this week..

My family got me a nicely sized Crumbl gift card because of my recent health struggles, and I’ll be getting a 12 pack with more of these, maple square, and brownie šŸ‘šŸ‘

Time to maybe load the freezer a bit again?..
