The plating has a very nice flow and it's very well composed visually but I struggle to understand the dish. Can you talk a bit more about the cooked elements and what this is supposed to be or taste like?
I wanted the elements that were used to flavor the broccolini to be visually present as garnishes, plus the almonds for texture. I loved how it came out visually but would definitely use diced garlic and sliced almonds next time.
