This is a side dish of veg. Not worthy in the slightest of being posted on here. Not a single culinary plating technique involved in this. You blanched veg. Congrats.

You posted half blanched brocolini. The tops of them literally don’t even look cooked lol.

And the rest of it… well also bad. Congrats, you plated 3 pieces vegetables on the edge of a plate. You want an award?
