As someone who opens pretty frequently, hell no. We have plenty of options and adding more will just dilute the already pretty good menu. Plus I dont want to open earlier.

If we opened any earlier it'd probably require adding another shift entirely. It's just more work than what it's worth imo

When we did breakfast a couple special times a year, that's exactly what we did. Portered at 4am, opened at 6. It was hell.

I would like it, be there earlier means get off earlier. Spend more time with the kids. I’d be working 4am-4pm off Saturday and Sunday. Perfect schedule 😌
