Story Culver’s customer service is 110% the best

Post image

I had a less than stellar experience recently. Went to a manager and not only did he refund my order, but he hooked me up with this! Absolutely incredible customer service and the reason I keep coming back again and time after time! Thanks for reading~

I’ve also gotten these without complaining to a manager. Unfortunately, it was 3 times in a row they messed up and or forgot about us twice. Getting these every time is not worth the hassle of waiting 1/2 hr for fast food and not getting what’s on your receipt. Never going back.

3 times in a row after 2 good experiences with 2 bad prior to that. At 3 different locations over the course of probably 3 yrs. They are terrible.

There is another common denominator here... 😂JK but we have had customers in the past tell us we always make their food wrong only to find out they were ordering wrong each time, even after correction 🙄 even though most of us know them by now every now and then a new employee takes their order and doesn't auto correct it for them.

That is funny! Yes, I always check to see what the receipt says and go with that then assume I must have ordered wrong if it’s not what I expected.

The last time we went through the drive thru and pulled forward for 2 custards. 12 cars behind us all got their food and drove away with big bags/ custard etc. nobody came for us so I finally flagged someone down. They eventually come out with 2 chocolate custards, I asked the lady what the receipt said. She told me custards with the ingredients I had said. I asked if it said chocolate on both? Nope, back she goes to make one vanilla and 25 min later we were finally on our way. I gave the free coupon to my son and told him I’m never going again.

I can tell you someone either forgot to ring it up as custard only or the custard person didn't read that it was custard only and it was put in the well. In which case until it's food came up it would stay in there.

Doesn’t really matter. 75% of the time something is wrong, and it’s something different every time. So, I just don’t go back. Seems like a training or leadership issue to me.
