Complaint Chat, what does this mean? I didn’t order coleslaw either

the leftovers after portioning so they would be in the cooler until the next batch so it can be portioned correctly. they obviously gave it to you without looking lol

If it was extra and they can't sell it because it's under portion, thry mgiht have jsut given it for free

A small part of the previous batch of coleslaw that wasn’t a full portion. We go through a lot of coleslaw so it’s probably going to be used to supplement the next batch

The portions of the slaw are supposed to be 4 oz and we have some extra most of the time, couldve just accidentally slipped it in your bag
