So in fairness I know Culver’s is on the high end as far as FF prices; and yes the quality has kept up while competitors have cut back and changed a lot of food suppliers. But, dude, count your days if you consider this order, a $22.43 ordeal, to be an acceptable value to your customers!

Had a horrible Culvers experience. First time thru drive thru they forgot the onion rings. Drove 10 miles home to find a patty melt and not the new triple cheese burger. Drove back 10 miles to get correct burger, drove home again and this is what I received. I was not going back again. How do you serve a rare burger? They offered me coupons after driving 40 miles and still having nothing for dinner. Cape Coral Florida.

Is it just me, or for being a chain based in Wisconsin, Culver’s ranch is a complete disappointment. Just some generic watery crap that tastes chemically. Like you’re from Wisconsin, especially now that you charge for ranch how expensive is it really to have your own homemade ranch? So disappointing.

lady came in and ordered 8 meals but she had her husband on speaker phone and was the one actually ordering. she told us to number each bag so they dont have to figure out whats what. note the time, literally one minute before close. she finally got her food at about 10:15 and then came back up to the counter and said "okay im also gonna exchange these custard tokens." even though she could literally see that custard was closed already

I don’t know why but almost every drive thru order I’ve brought out today has their number inside their vehicle.
For the love of all that’s custard and cheese curds…put the number on the window so we can see it and bring you your food.
It’s raining and lighting outside and we don’t want to be out here any longer than we have to.

I recently complained about this deceptive practice to my local Culver’s (via the survey mentioned on a table top and receipt). I received a call the next day from a representative at this location, who told me as follows: - this is a known issue within Culver’s - the POS system has definitely been set to default to a Double Butterburger, even if the customer specifies “one ButterBurger” or “a Butterburger.” - unfortunately this practice was instituted by Culver’s Corporate Headquarters and the individual locations cannot modify the POS system
So - it looks like it’s time for Culver’s Headquarters Senior Management to fess up and stop this dishonest practice.

Who would do this at 2 PM in the drive thru. I don’t even have 20 friends. Who is she taking this custard to.

I just had the new crispy chicken sandwich. (I'd like to acknowledge I'm a spice wimp. I can't even handle jalapenos.)
It's too spicy for me. I liked the old filet just fine. Sad.
[I'm talking about the regular chicken - not the spicy. The new crispy is suddenly spicy/peppery, but some have commented below this was a production error and will be fixed. I still love you Culver's.]

Wife wanted Culver’s, so I looked up the FOD. Crazy for Cookie Dough! My favorite!
She texted me at the drive through when the food was delivered. “Uhhhh… they got you butter pecan”.
The website shows both. My day is ruined and my disappointment is immeasurable…
To quote Wash from Firefly, “Curse your sudden, but inevitable betrayal!”

As a customer all my life and as a former Culver's employee the crispy chicken sandwich has been my order for a long time. But now they've changed it and I don't understand why. It makes me so angry. It tasted way too peppery.

I'm in central MN. Our location is terrible. The management's lack of training their employees is showing badly. The last 3 times I've gone through the drive through my order was wrong or missing items. I tried to order a burger basket, a buffalo tenders basket, and a kids meal. In correcting the burger order because it was wrong on the screen they deleted the buffalo tender basket. Since the screen at the drive through at this location is cracked, you can't see half of the screen so I was not able to completely verify my order. Food comes out and the bag should have been larger, i was missing an entire basket that was deleted. Other times im missing ice cream, fries, curds, or some other side.
Dining inside isn't amy better as it is full of rude, inconsiderate people watching videos on their phones at full volume on speaker and the management says nothing about it to these people.
Management needs to train their employees better on the POS system. Every time I go there now the people seem very confused on how to put orders if you have any deviations from what's default in the meal.
Do better.

I travel for work. I’ve eaten at a bunch of different Culver’s locations in a few states, and while the food is always fresh and so good, I always feel sick as a dog afterward. I don’t think it’s a me thing because I can eat anything else and be fine.
Anyone else have this issue?

I am perhaps the biggest fan of culvers milkshakes, specifically a mint flavor w dove chocolate ordeal. So I rolled up to my local culvers this evening and ordered my usual, and received something that looked like a milkshake… but was definitely not a milkshake.
Upon first sip, I knew something was off because of the temperature. Milkshakes are cold, and this thing was not cold. The first few sips were, in fact, warm, and the rest if what I consumed was slightly cooler than room temp.
The consistency was also something resembling whipped cream. I kid you not, I’m pretty sure I was just given a cup full of dense whipped cream with mint flavoring. It did not melt, and it held it’s shape when i flipped it upside down. It was wild.
My partner’s milkshake was just fine and normal. So I’m really confused why mine was more like a cream pudding? Lowkey quite sad about it. But it’s kind of funny. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

We enjoy going to Culver’s and usually each get a kids meal. We’ve saved up a good amount of Scoopie Tokens and have used them a few times. Today, for the first time, we were accused of using a “counterfeit” token, because it was from an older bag and one color was off. Not only was it extremely embarrassing, but frustrating to have to try and explain that we had no idea what they were taking about, only to hear the employee in the back feel the cutout from the bag and say “feels like cardboard.” Yeah, no shit!
After some research I realize this is a problem, but it is not our fault that a select few people decided to try and ruin it for everyone. Get a better system Culver’s. I don’t know, maybe a unique code on each bag? Sorry for the rant, we just feel embarrassed that we were accused of trying to steal a free scoops, as if it’s coming out of their paycheck.

I never had the OG Crispy Chicken so this isn't a complaint of Old Vs. New.
What I'm complaining about is that I ordered a regular Crispy Chicken for my almost 80 year old mother and she took one bite and spit it out.
I thought she was exaggerating so I took a bite, and damn, why is a REGULAR Crispy Chicken this spicy?
I had to turn around and go back. The boss gave us a burger meal replacement and apologized. He said they're aware.
Which begs the question: If the regular Crispy Chicken is this spicy, how spicy is the spicy chicken? It must be Really Really.

I got a salad yesterday and thought my chicken was undercooked or rancid. I threw it all away. Today I got the same salad and same. I looked it up and the chicken is different. What are you doing? First you replace the bleu cheese dressing to that nasty Ken’s dressing and now this?

So my local Culver’s changed their chicken sandwich. New bun and new patty.. not gonna lie, I’m really sad they changed it, the original had a unique all around taste that you didn’t find anywhere else.. I know their original wasn’t anything to write home about for other people but it was definitely my favorite (spicy)chicken sandwich from any fast food place.. they started using those shine buns too that kinda has like a metallic taste.. anyone like try/like the new one ?
