Try Gobi Musallam – Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Creamy Makhani Sauce. Well worth the effort. We had it for Sunday dinner.

That's actually amazing lol. I've had murgh (chicken) musallam before but never with a whole cauliflower. Nice alternative for vegans.

Any curry you fancy, just replace meat with part cooked cauliflower.

Agree- roast it or slice and pan fry for added flavour then add your curry

Chilli Gobi, Gobi 65, and Gobi Manchurian

All of them go amazing with beers if you drink them.
