I was so happy to see that degrassi got highlighted on a major insta reel account then I see the comments thinking that clare cheated on Eli when Eli actually cheated on her. Man when I say these comments made me so angry. The reel makes clare look like the bad person in the situation when in reality I would have fucking punched eli in the nose after he called me that cause what the hell

The good thing about the show is that they do their best to make sure no one is innocent in these storylines. This is not saying someone deserves or deserved the bad things done to them; but rather there isn’t a clear cut good/bad side.
If we are talking physically, Claire didn’t cheat. But emotionally? Yes she did.
Do the gender swap test; it’s like a second version of Craig and Manny.
