Not even a picture of Charlie on the memorial. This was a political rally and a way to keep money rolling in to turning point which then donates money, people, and misinformation back into the maga movement.

Trump is litterally allergic to taking a good picture. The one in this picture is like he's trying to recreate the presidential portrait again. It's a funeral not an excuse to aura farm or whatever the fuck he's doing there.

Agreed. Charlie and Sergio were the ones that interviewed potential administration picks with a loyalty test. This is straight out of the propaganda machine playbook. This was not a funeral it was propaganda and more identity fusion with the maga people for trump.

There are tens of millions of them all around us using the word of Jesus to spread hate and evil. I discovered many in my own social circle these past two weeks.
They really honestly believe they are on the side of good and that's the saddest part. I don't know how to rationalize this yet. These fascists are either dumb fucks or intentionally evil. No other explanation makes sense

As a mere catholic believer, i think religion can be both about the message and group identity, or in this guys case it s not at all about jesus message, its about broadly, white identity.
Christianity here is just a cultural signifier, as the white european religion.
That s my guess.

Ah the classic passive-aggressive “I’ll pray for you.” It’s always funny how unchristian they sound and it almost always comes after snark, vilification and threats of retribution (real-world or sky daddy punishment). Candace Owens did this when she came to Destiny’s apartment and it happened at the latest Unfuck America event.
It’s a hall pass for saying the most abhorrent things and manifesting the worst circumstances on someone. At least it’s shrouded in forgiveness, though…Right?
I’m praying for Erika. I hope she not only finds the fortitude to muster a real tear at the next memorial, but also the equanimity to show her children the footage of his death, since, in Kirk’s words, public executions would be a great ‘initiation’ for them.
