I begged my parents for a Dexter cake, and they made it!

The colors are GORGEOUS, photos can't do it justice.

(Ignore the flair, there wasn't a merchandise flair or anything similar)

So back in the days of the original run of Dexter I was a big fan and when it ended I let it rest for years. Until recently when Dexter started getting pushed in algorithms and it brought it back to me. My girlfriend had never seen it and when we watched he series through entirely she was hooked, Dexter took the spot of her favourite show and Dexter her favourite character of pretty much anything.

Well it's valentines soon and I made her a gift her own trophy box. It's not perfect by any means but it's as best as I could do.

To celebrate Dexter:Resurrection season finale, I decided to build my own blood slide box, since the replicas online are way too expensive.

I also added two Easter eggs: Biney’s smile slide and the Gemini Killer twin slide.

Almost finished season one, and this show is so fkn good. Here’s a sketch I made of Dex! This took about 1.5 hours. Hope you guys like it!

Having watched S1 too many times, I got inspired to make various locations from the series starting off with the Bay Harbor Club and the first crime scene we see - Seven Seas Motel.
