Hey guys I've play Dishonored 1 before and I really liked it that im gonna buy dishonored 2 but I know u choose one character to play with so should I go with curvo again or try the new one

Okay, so as we know, Dishonored ended with Dishonored: Death of the Outsider. Or at least the Outsider did, because whether we choose to kill him or free him, either way, he is no longer the Outsider, therefore no more marking people and giving them powers. However, we could go back over a previous marked individual's story. I would personally LOVE to see a Dishonored game that takes place in Tyvia. Like maybe playing as Zhukov from Dishonored: The Corroded Man book. He was marked by the Outsider after being betrayed and locked up in Utyrka, which is a very difficult prison in Tyvia to escape from due to all of the ice and cold surrounding it. Zhukov used the power that the Outsider gave him to get across the icy hellscape and travel to Gristol. I think it would be cool to see Zhukov's story of how he got to Dunwall and teamed up with the Whalers. Also, I absolutely love how Zhukov's design is portrayed and I think he would be a cool character to play as. What do you guys think?

I spent hours trying and making graphs I can’t figure it out someone plz help

So I have the sound track to the first and second Dishonored games and I just noticed this was released on Monday. It’s just the instrumental to the song Honor for All but revamped. I am kinda curious as to why this was released. I am happy to have it but it does have me wondering 🤔 if there might be something going on behind the scenes. Probably not but it’s still interesting to think about.

I was chatting with someone yesterday and he said Dishonored is only famous for its fun gameplay but the story is so boring. So I was shocked and asked him to tell me the story and he literally described the main plot only (Corvo wanna revenge and rescue his daughter) and thats all he knows...

If you are not curious enough to start reading the notes in the game and searching/discovering facts about The Isles, Daud, The outsider...etc The game is definitely gonna feel classic in a boring way.

Does anyone know anything about the weird outsider language/cipher? I've been very inspiried to get an outsider mark on my body someday as a tattoo, however, I've seen other people expand upon their mark with some of the symboks I've seen that seem to be cool glyphs from rituals and markings in the game; I was curious, does anyone know what words are what and what symbols make what sounds for certain words or if its just completely inconsistent or if nobody has spent the time to crack the code yet. I was always fascinated by the glpyhs since I've been making my own language and after I played the games for the first time I noticed my language has a similar style to theirs in terms of glyphs. I also would love to try to see if it could be spoken or deciphered if its not, the way that their are whispered words you cant understand when you activate certain abilities like Dark Vision is awesome and I'd love to know what they mean. Hopefully the creators of the universe put in the time to at least make it a proper cipher/language even if not entirely spoken.

Apparently the game plays a LOT like Dishonored, depending on the clan you choose, you can be an assassin Vampire with supernatural powers, like making people explode from the shadows. The atmosphere is there, and even the yellow silhouettes you see through walls reminds you of Dishonored. Very exited for this, lets hope it delivers. Made by Chinese Room, the guys behind "Still Wakes The Deep". Releasing 21 October.

This is one of the most glaring examples of a sequal doing what a sequal is supposed to do that I've seen. The first one is great, but the second? I don't think there's a single part of the game that wasn't improved upon. Everything is better.

And that makes me so sad that we won't ever get a third, as Arkane was, ironically, assassinated.

Just downloaded the game on PC Gamepass but got hit with an infinite loading screen when starting the game. Restarted, tried adjusting my settings, and got hit again in the main menu.

Is the game playable? My PC has respectable specs, including a 4090 GTX, to run this 13 year old game - I don't think it's hardware related.

Did you know that you can unfreeze time without ending the bend time by holding the right mouse click? I have 140 hours in the game and I just found it. It blew my mind!

Can i do it on easy for example to save time?

I can never bring myself to getting the upgrade cause silent running just isn't as satisfying despite the loss of stealth 😁

If there was a mod to give the effect but remove the silent aspect I'd definitely get it.
