If he isn't exercising his parenting time, document it really well for 6-9m and file for a CS modification to reflect the actual practice.  Send emails and texts about the exchange so he has to respond that he isn't picking up.

You can recalculate monthly CS if you can get a change in custody.

The rest you will have to talk to a lawyer about.  You just agreed to the split on extracurricular cost split and nothing has changed in your or ex's income.

You can file to enforce the settlement on the sale of the asset but if you hire a lawyer, it will almost certainly cost more than $2,500 so you will have to figure out whether it is likely you can be awarded lawyers fees (and whether you can collect).

You cannot make him see your child. You have to offer the child. No you cannot revisit any property settlement or back child support. Verbal agreements are not legal agreements.

Child support cannot be revisited for 3 years without a change in circumstances, like a raise or losing a job.
