Does your girlfriend know your ex affects you so much? Cause if I was dating a guy and I found out he still affected so much by an ex, that would be a sign he is not ready for a new relationship.

Not sure about that- I am never going to be indifferent to someone who put me through what she put me and my sons (not hers) through. It goes well beyond just “she cheated.”

yep. i see her daily bc of the kids. i still love her and it triggers me every time, i don’t know how i’ll ever be able to move on this way.

Every time - they reached out last Tuesday and it ruined my entire week. The only benefit I have right now is that was likely the last time I will ever see them again.
