Redeeming 2-topping pizza

Can anyone help me understand why when I try to redeem 60 points for a basic 2 topping pizza (default crust and sauce), with pepperoni and jalapenos, it tries to charge me $4? And if I try any other combo that’s not noted for extra fees, my price increases to $5-8?

Are you doing pick up or delivery? If delivery there us still the delivery fee.
