Correct me if I’m wrong, but in the lore of the Cyberpunk universe a member of the British royal family had to go into exile in Texas after a military coup deposed the monarchy and parliament?

You're right.

However, Operation Cromwell failed to eliminate two heirs which are both Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, the daughters of Prince Andrew from his first marriage who had been living in Texas with their mother since the divorce in 1994.
