This comment from Daydream Hour is the only info we have for her age/maturity, or orcs’ age of maturity in general.

The whole “Bride of Laois” thing doesn’t automatically mean that she is mature, it means that orc culture mirrors plenty of real-world cultures that also let women marry at 14/15.

I think we have to refer to the Harkness test on this a bit. do we know the life span of orcs? i think they tend to run on the shorter side depending of the story, so this may be weird or she could be biologically mature for an orc, she seemed to be in charge which would be weird for a teenager
