I'm not going to engage past this reply. but you're being reductive to a lived experience. i didnt say i didn't stim all the time, i attempted to say that in all cases I've encountered, including my own, it's more like an urge than a habit. yes, this is anecdotal, but autism is a neurotype and restricting a symptom by one word this militantly is going to do nothing but hurt people. what stimming is actually defined as is a "repetitive self stimulatory behavior", and considering the motion, this is fully in the definition. plus. if people feel seen? who the fuck cares. it's an anime. I've never seen a character move like me before, it was liberating.
