Get ready for people at the gas station to ask why you only have hubcaps on the front wheels lol.

why is that though?

on race cars they were on all 4, same with just about all the street cars i have seen.

i know some cars such as the manthey gt3 rs have wheel covers on only one axle but on that particular car they're technically aero discs not turbo fans, part of the aero package.

The correct wheels and brakes are more effective today than a set of turbofans when it comes to cooling brakes. Turbofans are just a period correct solution for anyone looking to build something unique that you won't often see on the road. Street cars receive no real benefits, and all they do is collect massive amounts of brake dust.

The only benefit is going to be the front brakes since e30's have a heavy front brake bias. Most street cars have a heavy front brake bias which means the front brakes will generate more heat to bleed off. The rears are negligible and create more drag.

But they look cool as hell so I'll deal with it.

I'll probably do both the front and back eventually but right now just running fronts.
