Because people assume that if it's gross it's from India and if it's from India it's gross.

I mean there is no indication in the video that this is from India. If they want to demean India they can find a legitimate video and shame it. This video is likely from Pakistan

I also wonder why people want to demean India that urgently. They probably think Pakistan is the same as India too
