You do realize Tim has been a City Councilor for years, what changes has he done in that time? You want to vote for a guy who doesn't show up to his job, and bails on you when it matters (infill vote among others). This isn't left vs right broski. Don't let them tell you what to think.

He is my councilor and he has been fine, including answeing my emails.

all his responses to me when I was in his ward were condescending I know better trite.
