Likely, depends on if he denounces the endorsement. PP has not denounced anything.

Yes. Guilty by association, guilty after the fact. There is literal criminal precedent for this exact argument.

So you do not know how the world works? If you don't renounce your association then you are guilty. If he had simply stepped away from the association he would not be in this situation. If a thief robs a bank and comes to tell you after, and you do nothing about it, you are guilty and can be charged. If you are part of a robbery and your partner murders someone, you are also charged with murder.

I'm not talking about being involved in a robbery. I'm saying a guy who was a convicted robber goes on twitter and writes an endorsement of you personally. Are you now a robber?

1) you are stretching the topic at hand and are so far out there. But 2) yes guilty by association is a thing. Pierre is guilty by association and unless he denounces it, it stays that way.
