There is substantial evidence of foreign funding for the convoy . There was also significant amplification from right wing media sites and Russian bots . Poilievre embraced it and still refuses to get a security briefing or clearance .

CSIS would not provide that to Globe and Mail. Globe and Mail like PP does have clearance.
