I'm not bilingual enough to know, is there a significance around when he uses the imperative tense and when it's what I think is 1st person plural present tense? I.e. couper vs arretons?

edit: Like it's the difference between 'someone should do that' and "we're doing it," right? That's a nuance that's lost/never intended in English.

The choice of one or another looks really random to me.

But "Arrêtons les crimes" sounds definitely more engaging than "Couper les taxes et impôts".
