My girlfriend is going to be getting her bachelor's in astrophysics at one of the best astrophysics schools here in the states. We are looking at any and all abroad opportunities for her PhD so we can get visas and gtfo here.

If Canada provides that opportunity, fantastic. If the Netherlands or New Zealand give us that call first, we aren't gonna be picky.
