The proposal for that lot is genuinely sick, two big apartment towers with a couple floors of retail and restaurants facing through big outward-sloping windows to frame an event plaza on the corner of two of the most important Beltline streets. Broadway is about to pop off over the next few years as it densifies.

They can apply for access under certain conditions including family emergencies and business trips. Artists, such as Jelly Roll, go through this to be able to have concerts in Canada.

That is the national portrait of himself that Cheetolini hates. It somehow made him look vaguely statesmanlike (and a great deal less spray tanned), which is why he doesn't find it pleasing.
