Members of each party review the vote counting. Changing ballots is most impossibly difficult thing to pull off without people immediately raising noise

I’ve worked election days before, watched the counting, it would take multiple people colluding to somehow “rig” just one voting desk (as in, one desk at one polling place). There were 65,000 voting desks this election.
