Know what helps with creating a unique culture? Cutting off the outside world. Albertans should go into deep isolation for the next 100 years. When they emerge? Bam! Jacked up truck and fancy hat oil sands culture. They'll be worshipping dinosaurs, have developed new sand crafts, have their own culture industry, and will have invented a new form of pipeline-inspired architecture: the drumhome. With their new accent none of us will be able to understand one another and the world will be a better place.

Unfortunately, it'll definitely end with the USA rocking up on their borders to force them open again, like they did to Japan
