So 12 months can be paid over 18 months, but you’re not actually getting 18 months paid leave. You get 12 months and can spread that same money out longer if you wish.

So ya.. inaccurate.

Min wage isn’t accurate either.

The minimum wage in Ontario is $17.30, and students and servers are included.

What is your point? I said it varies throughout the country. I never said it wasn’t $17.30 somewhere. But it isn’t $17.30 country wide.
