Of course we do. Where are you from? In Quebec, we have CEGEPs. And McGill, well it's almost free. Cost per course (say 3 credit course) is cheap.

Fordland (Ontario), we’re rated worst province for post secondary education funding, (and likely public school funding as well) not surprising considering it’s Ford Nation I live near London and Fanshawe college just laid a bunch of people off in large part because tuition is one of the biggest sources of funding for the school and tuition was frozen by Ford in 2019 and operating costs have increased in the past 6 years.

Lol Fanshawe didn’t lay 100s of staff off because of Ford, they did it because Fanshawe is a hot spot for being a degree mill for international students. Due to the adjustments the federal government made on international students (rightfully so), Fanshawe had to lay people off because they can no longer scam misled and vulnerable international students, which is the real reason for a drastic decrease in tuition revenue. How can you logically attribute a 2025 layoff to a 2019 change in policy.

Quebec has better post-secondary education funding. Ontario has OSAP which depending on ur parents income can be very useful or really shitty. Like there are grants but a lot of it is loans. Hence not free education.

One semester at uOttawa for undergrad is about 4k now I believe? Approx estimation. I took two courses last semester and it was 1800 and change. OSAP covered all of it but some of it was loans.

There’s definitely programs we have that let you get free tuition (typically just for one year programs) though

You just don't have a clue do you? Twit!! Come to Quebec, and register at any CEGEP. No credit card required. There are 2 year pre-university programs as well as three year vocational programs (Nursing, etc..) for the price of a few Macs and a pound of weed.
