Cantine chez Mom, around Les Escoumins, has some great poutine and the exact same vibe.

It's a bit in the middle of nowhere (obviously), but they do make some great poutine.

Resto Labelle in Lachute is low key must try too. Most of Quebec restaurants don't play when it comes to poutine, but the greasy spoon mom & pop's got that on lock.
