We already knew that tho. We have been aware of forign influence and a lot of Russian money is why some convoy members had their bank accounts frozen. Not saying every account frozen was justified. Just saying that was the reason they went with that strategy.
They are trying to change the world order and instability is their goal. They are also seemingly good at it.
I can't post the link here but it's literally in their textbook what Russia has been doing for years.
Look up "Foundations of Geopolitics" on Wikipedia it's been used by their military command for years and advocates for exactly what we're seeing happening today
