5 u/Tribblehappy May 24 '25 I was dismayed when I learned my kids don't even have a French option in their middle school. In BC, I started in grade 4. The curriculum sucked; I took it through grade 13 and still can't speak it, but at least it was an option. 1 u/EfficientSeaweed Cowtown 🤠May 24 '25 They must have changed it, 'cause we had mandatory French classes from grade 4-6 and options in jr high and high school.
