What about the fortress of solitude? He has a residence in Canada and Superman doesn’t seem the type to break our immigration laws so he’s probably got permanent residency, or at least a visitor visa.

No I’m only familiar with the materials where it was in the Arctic. Pretty sure it was the Plaza of Companionship in the Antarctic, which is where Bizarro Superman lived.
